Big promises of the best service in town, but this egomaniac ended up overcharing me, and even holding me at random in order to retrieve documents required to complete my sale and tenant rental cancellation. For the record, he also messed up my father's will years ago, but was the only guy in town that would take my sale on a last minute's notice. (I know, I should have know better but!!??) Avoid this evil man at all costs!!

Mr. Culic and his team have provided competent and professional service. We have used him several times and referred him as well. His knowledge of lien law is extensive and has been very helpful. I recommend him highly. If a straight shooter is not your cup of tea however, he’s not your man. I happen to love a person who is going to tell it like it is and not sugar coat it though so perfect fit for me.
