We were looking for a ductless HRV system that was effective and suitable for our modern energy efficient new home construction. Productair's HRV option with the Blauberg Vento Expert A-50 model was the perfect solution. Another innovative feature is they are a smart product you can control and/or adjust the operation of the unit including supplementary modes using an App on a smartphone or laptop device. One thing that stands out with Productair is their impeccable customer service. Whether you contact them by email or by phone you always get a timely response. Daniel Lalonde has been extremely helpful working with our builder, installer, electrician and City Officials in making the product successful and meeting the customer's expectations. Overall we are very satisfied with this product!
