Absolutely terrible service. 15 minutes to make 2 small orders of then tell me it’s atleast 5 more minutes to make my order in the drive through. 20 minutes for 3 orders is absolutely pathetic. Hopefully they shut down soon so something good with decent service can open there

Went last night, kfc chicken was very greasy, we also got the beef soft shells and there was next to nothing of meat on it, it was all Lettuce and a bit of cheese. Some shells were a bit dried out and some tacos were cold. Pop machine wasn't working so they offered a can of pop from a mini fridge instead.Restaurant itself was clean and staff was friendly.

Ordered through DoorDash and added extra topping to the Tacos, came without any of them and used the wrong taco shell. Money burnt.The driver was good though, and it still tastes like Taco Bell. But yea, don't order extra toppings.

Tacos always full. fries supreme are not. Less than a tablespoon of meat, even less tomatoes and a big whopping of sour cream. Who wants fries with just sour cream??! Do you ever eat your own foods? Do you even train your new staff? This will be the lady time we go to this location as this is not the first, not even the second time it's come like this.

I went to order from this place and had to pull up to the window because nobody took my order after waiting for 5 minutes. A very rude and disrespectful lady named Brenda took it and was practically yelling at me and gave me so much attitude when all i was being was nice to her. she threw my sauces in the bag. after working in fast food restaurant for the past 3 years i’ve never treated a guest so impolite. i will never be returning there.

Not sure why they are ignoring the Pop machine catastrophe; My 7-up tasted like warm, non-carbonated club soda. Also, the chicken soft taco I ordered ended up being beef which, not finding out until you get home really ruins the evening since I don’t eat beef, let alone Taco Bell beef. Will not be wasting my money at this location any further.

Went through the drive thru and let me say the person taking the orders was very polite, but had such a thick Indian accent and spoke very fast that we could not understand a word he said. He read the order back slowly three times and we still didn't know if it was going to be right. We order over $60 worth of food...the wife likes it the next day and when we got home everything was squished and the taco pizza was underneath everything totally ruined. Please learn proper packaging techniques.

As someone who avidly eats Taco Bell and respects the franchise as well as all the staff employed within it. I notice some locations excel while others fail over and over again to even meet the minimum of customer needs/expectations. Keep in mind, if it’s an hour or later before close. Do not order from this location. Items aren’t wrapped dine in or takeout. ingredients are questionable whether they were mistreated while cooking meals for the customer or the workers are fuelled by rage. ( ripped/dried out tortillas, items tossed in takeout bag/combo box mixing with other items) items not purchased are being given instead of what the customer orders. Missing ingredients on items is also a problem. There is no positive consistency nor care for the customers at this location. It pains me deeply to write this having in the back of my mind how often I’ve enjoyed Taco Bell over and over again at other locations and also seen stores close down do to lack of professionalism in the establishment.

Ordered then checked reviews. Oops. Everyone posting about warm drinks is totally true. Pop is nasty warm but I'll say the food was way better than the one in waterloo. Fries weren't overcooked in dirty grease that's been sitting too long unlike the other locations. So all in all, I was pleasantly surprised and I had a cold bottle of water in my back seat anyway.Update:I returned today and went in to order so I could make sure I got a cold beverage. When I ordered the combo I was given the option of a warm fountain drink or pay an upgrade fee for a cold can of pop. At least they give you the option of a cold drink now but I don't agree that I need to pay more for it. That's no different than charging me extra for the beef in my taco to be cooked. Just say'n.Food is still better at this one than other locations in the area.
