As odd as it may seem, this place deserves a great review. Anybody who’s watched this company evolve over the years will agree that they have always provided phenomenal customer service. Their staff, including the folks who work hard to keep things clean and safe in the yard, and Sandy and Nicole in the scale house are professional and courteous. And the company has continued to invest millions back into the operation to make it simple, efficient, cleaner, and an overall great user experience. Thanks!

If 10 stars was an option I would have chosen that. I’ve been coming here for a long time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Sandy & Nicole treat me like gold when I go across the scales. They are always smiling and kind to me. Every single time. The guys in the yard are also very professional when I’m unloading. I couldn’t ask for more. Thanks everyone for all that you do for me. I can’t say enough great things about this company! They were very fast to reply to my questions and I had a bin delivered within a week of my request. On the day of delivery, I was at work and got a call saying the bin I ordered wouldn’t fit on the driveway. Despite the fact that it was entirely my mistake they were polite and measured for me and replaced it with the proper sized bin within 2 hours (before 11 am). I also added an extra day with my bin for no hassle. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Very professional staff when and answered all my questions. Ordered a bin and needed it in a spot that was quite tight. The driver had no problems and didn’t cause a fuss about it. Will definitely be using them again in the near future!

I’m a general contractor new to Barrie and checked out the facility to order a bin and the staff kindly greeted me and showed me the inventory of all the different sizes to help my business needs. The prices were very fair as there were no extra charge for bin size. Delivery and service was quick and smooth. I will definitely be using them on future projects…

Honestly don’t go anywhere else in Barrie for your disposal needs, I was in and out in 7 minutes, employees are super nice, especially the girls in the weigh scale house. Price, convenience and how quick it is should be all you need to know.
