They really take care of my daughter well and they give updates from time to time. i can also see progress to my daughter that she is becoming independent and more sociable.

My son has been going to MLC for almost a year and loves it. The staff is amazing. I understand there was a very unfortunate incident and I feel for the child's family, but there's been an unjustified lynching of this place ever since. Give them a chance.

If I could give this facility a zero star review I would 100%. The fact that they can lose a child, lie about it and cause an innocent family the trauma of almost losing a child is outrageous. Then to have little to no consequence. It's disgusting and as a parent myself I'm appauled.Steer far and clear from this daycare.

There is no way you can get away with this, without consequences and just a lil slap on your hands.There aint enough people in the world to post fake positive reviews, to fix your reputation on here now.And the main reason for your new bad reputation is, you try to deny the truth. You are basically saying that you have nothing important to fix.Kids aren't safe with you. This wasn't even your first “mistake”.Karma will teach you. It is other people’s kids lives in your hands. It is a very serious task that you gave there and you cant take it seriously. How you handled what happened, will follow you forever…

This daycare LOST my three year old nephew for several hours, did NOT call police, and LIED about the timeline of events to his parents, the police, the licensing board, and the media. This is complete negligence and this facility should no longer be in business.

There is a reason there are only two rating amounts amongst the reviews. 5 and 1.Did they offer parents a lowered rate to give 5 stars? Are those accounts actually real? Is the owners friends writing them?Read the 1 star reviews folks, whatever the 5 stars say couldn't possibly be enough to cover a missing 3 year old and several improper care warnings.I'm not sure why there aren't systems in place to stop the kids leaving by accident but the set up in our daycare means are kids never wandering off to the outside world.Build a fence. Get a double door system. Basic childcare facilities have these in place for a reason. Totally unacceptable.

I strongly encourage families to look elsewhere for childcare. I received a phone call at 455pm in Oct 2022 from the manager that she hadn't seen my son since 2 PM that day and was confirming he had been picked up. It was a heartbreaking moment, realizing I had no idea where my 3 year old son was and it had been hours. The daycare did not call the police, they had not sent staff to start locking down the daycare, or searching the surrounding areas. In later reports they claimed that staff saw him at 407 and called me at 430 (phone logs disprove this)- and my son was already secure with police by 337 PM. My son in the time he went missing crossed multiple lanes of traffic, he was found running to the intersection at 52nd st. We believe the reason our baby is still alive is because of a bystander who ran after him after driving past him. This daycare lied about timelines, they attempted to cover up the situation, the manager was laughing when the police reunited us with him, and the manager was unresponsive to my husband when he initially arrived at the daycare with our son still missing. We ask for accountability- we ask our community to hold this daycare accountable for their negligent care of our son. We are for stronger laws to protect our most vulnerable. Do your research parents- but do not trust a daycare that misleads parents, attempts to cover up or change their time line to devalue the horrific circumstances.

Can my star go lower than a 1 and go to a -5This daycare lost my Nephew who is only 3 years old! He got out of their care for over 3 hours, crossed major lanes of traffic and wondered over by a pond. This could have ended really bad! And the fact this place NEVER called the police to report he was missing, rather called his parents asking if they had picked him up already cause they didn’t know where he was. And the fact they lied about the missing timeline to the police is rather worrisome to anyone!For the love of mercy, DO NOT take your children to this place. They have multiple violations for poor child care against them. Do your research ppl! This place needs to be shut down

I feel compelled to leave a review of my experiences from over a year ago based on the latest news... Something isn't right here and hasn't been for a long time.I didn't completely believe my wife that something wasn't right there at first.... She would say our 2 year old son turns into a different person.... Yeah yeah.. it's his first time to daycare, hasn't had much socialization due to covid etc etc...It wasn't until I dropped our son off one morning.. The whole car ride... Noooooo nooooooo noooo... Ok that's odd.. as we get to the door, full exorcist, claws out crawling, digging into the door frame, pleading for me not to leave him.... Hmmm ok let's go home.The second we were driving away.... Everything was back to normal...For reference he has never done the same since.... Except for NOT wanting to leave the park...Something isn't right there.

We are new in the community and my son enjoys going to this daycare. His teachers in the preschool room are amazing! Miss Maria & Miss Michelle thank you for everything that you do!
