Walmart Supercentre

Today May. 29.2023 l took the HandyDart to this Walmart , I’m 67 disabled can’t walk , I was using their scooter as my husband was paying for a fairly nice Patio chair for me which I’ve not had one in over 2 yrs , as he was paying someone casually walked by him picking up my brand new Patio chair, guess now I’m back to sitting on my walker with no padding another summer. I’m from Toronto I never thought this would happen here in White Rock, I can’t believe this, I’m so upset

Had a very horrible experience in Walmart. I am not female by law. So I used what washroom makes me feel comfortable only to almost get kicked out and accused of stealing my clearly used Stanley water bottle

Let pets in for summertime heat. If like your policy, say to wait outside or in car you have to take responsibility. If they die, you will he responsible

Well laid out so you can find anything you're looking for. Lots of staff around and they're very helpful and knowledgeable. The stores always clean and bathrooms are impeccable.

Been coming here for 10 years and all I’ve seen in that time is the store become a more stressful place to visit in terms of being treated like a shoplifter almost every time, despite being a regular who gets groceries basically by the week. The tech Center is still good as always

This Walmart is on of the best in the lower mainland. It has a lot of products other Walmarts don’t carry.It is nicely located, it is also close to the U.S border and right next to the highway.Completely recommended!!

I noticed a lot of the yogurts on the shelf were expired. They definitely need to do a better job checking dates of items on the shelves. I then purchased some smokies that were posted on their online flyer for $5.97 only to noticed they rang up at $7.97. I went to customer service to inquire and was told that they do not price match online prices. Confused as it was Walmarts flyer and not another stores so I was not trying to price match. I just wanted it for the price they advertised. Ended up returning the item and went to superstore where they were $3.88. Superstore actually price matches and has a rewards program so they will be my go to from now on. They also don’t try to show their MasterCard down your through every time!

I was just in Walmart with my small 6 pound dog in a concealed Bag. I did not see any clear markings on the front door that I could not have my dog with me so I thought if not they would politely tell me I could not have him in the store and I would fully respect that. As I was paying for my items my dog popped his head up not making any noise 2 Walmart employees mentioned how cute he was asking to pet him while in his bag.The Lady manager looks up from what she was doing asked me if he was a service dog with MAJOR attitude as I replied no. She aggressively told me YOU NEED TO LEAVE. I get it my dog is not allowed in all places. As a manager of a store myself I would never speak to a customer like this. She could have nicely spoke to me and said I am so sorry but we do not allow pets in our store. It’s all in your choice of words and how you speak to customers.Horrible management at the south Surrey location! I felt so uncomfortable!Will not be back!

It's a pretty standard Walmart. Usually not too busy with lots of parking above and below ground. The last time I went they were a little understaffed. There was one person looking over the self check out which meant there were only three tills open with a line of customers. SMH

My favourite store to shop even though I have another location close to where I live. Always had great experience with staff. Always full shelves and clean floors.Recently seems like there is change in management as customer service is declining and aisles are not as much organized as they use to be.
