Danforth Collegiate and Technical Institute

I went here for one year and all I can say is never again teachers were relatively fine but the administration and students ruined it for me as when a group of students threatened me in front of a resource teacher the office did not do anything about the situation despite me and my cyw telling both vice principals about what had taken place. I hope those reading this review will heed my advice and will choose to send their children to a school with a healthy learning environment if at all possible as they they will otherwise have to deal with gang members and incompetent staff on a daily basis

Danforth CTI has excellent Staff: Office and Administration, Teachers, and Support Staff!There is a blend of academics, vibrant weekly update video news broadcast, and extra curricular events: athletic sports, music talent shows and art creation and displays!Students have a variety of subjects to choose from to suit their interests.DCTI is a unique place where learning happens, with great athletic activities, super business/computer/cooperative education/careers. There are great opportunities in the MaST Program (Math, Science,and Technology), hospitality/tourism, geography/world issues, social sciences, sciences, math, English, electrical, wood working, and auto!Library offers enrichment to subjects, classes, and research. This special place has the War Memorial for Remembrance. These Canadians who served in the war have provided for us the democracy we enjoy today!The Learning Resource Centre and Special Education provide resources to help meet the individual needs of Danforth students.Guidance counsellors provide caring and skilled staff for assisting students in achieving success! Special events boost a lot of fun, and create a safe place where students want to be.Danforth CTI is a place that offers Learning4Life!

bad school 1/10 gave me aids

I went to this school (2016-2020) and my experience was awful. Programs are good, but that's all.There were some really horrible students I met, the autistic students feel like they are separated from the rest of the school, and this idea that you are in good hands" is totally false

I recollect that my first exploit in squirrel-shooting was in a grove of tall walnut-trees that shades one side of the valley. I had wandered into it at noontime, when all nature is peculiarly quiet, and was startled by the roar of my own gun, as it broke the Sabbath stillness around and was prolonged and reverberated by the angry echoes. I also got killed and great school 10/10

horrible high school, no shordies gave me wozzles

This school used to have a great shop class and trade focus they should bring back.

Transferred from another high school. Really enjoyed the courses I took that weren't available at my previous school. Teachers were great. Really enjoyed the non semester learning.

My son went to MAST program here. Top notch program and this is a top notch school with a fantastic staff and great academic amenities.
