Took my car in to get the wipers fixed, did a good job and even cleaned the inside of my windshield ! They go above and beyond ! Will go back if I run into any further issues

I got my brakes replaced by affordable in 2020. Shortly after I went to the Nissan dealership for a yearly maintenance and was advised the brakes were not installed correctly and that the brake pad was wearing unevenly and that only one screw was placed and one screw was missing. They advised this is a major issue and asked me to contact you guys to fix it. I contacted you again and you got me in to fix this issue. I then got my maintenance done again at Nissan Infiniti the following year and have been advised that the brakes have not been placed properly still and that the brake on the right side back wheel is not effective. The hub cap on that wheel was also removed at affordable auto and not placed back. I called to ask about it once I noticed it was missing and was advised it was not there. I am very disappointed that after spending just under a grand the job was not done right. Infiniti advised me to ask for a refund for the service as I had to get the brake pads replaced again. Extremely disappointed.

My almost 20 year old Xterra was making some pretty weird noises. Affordable made some repairs/wielding to the exhaust system for under $200, and Xterra is back to normal. Thanks guys!

Totally saved my @ss! I cracked the oil pan bottoming out which dumped all the oil from my car. I wasn't getting far, and to find a place last minute to fix our only car, I thought I was screwed! Luckily they took me in right away, had me fixed up with new parts the SAME day, within hours actually and back on the road. 100% recommend these guys, and will use them exclusively. I received great service from these guys. I have brought my car in twice now and the second time the issue was something covered by my extended warranty. They gathered info on the issue and even sent me home with printed off pages to present to the dealership. Thanks to them I won’t be stuck with another car bill as it’s completely covered. Extremely honest and fair prices. I’m super impressed and will definitely continue to go here.

They got my car fully repaired at an very affordable price which is $1500 lower than Midas with exactly the same part, although the some parts have quality problems, but they are nice and to help me solve it very soon.
