Very heavy items in this FC. You will surely end up in back pain if you work here more that 6 months. Some of the Indian Ops Managers at YYZ3 treat other fellow Indian associates as slaves.

Good place to work.Even all the people from leadership team are so friendly.

I order off Amazon and it gets shipped to Halton Hills, ON!!! I’m so glad they get my things and always wondered how many people they could deliver to in a day?!

Its very organized and the security is like traveling through an international airport. Although people are friendly polite honest. I left my wallet at desk went back day later found my wallet with I.D and credit cards and Cash intact

Nice and Quick stop. People know their job. Bit sometimes they start acting weird and dont let you park even when you doing picksups and deliveries on their own trailers during shifts . I know they are trying to reduce traffic but atleast you should provide parking for your own trucks while waiting .

Dear Amazon,I am writing to you today to express my concern about the recent trend of selling products as new on Amazon when they are actually used and open. I have personally experienced this issue on several occasions, and I am sure that many other customers have as well.In my most recent experience,I returns multiple items from Amazon. When I received my order package, were clearly used or open or broken. The packaging was open, and the product themselves were dirty and had scratches and broken on them. I was very disappointed, as I had expected to receive a brand new product if any other business would do that would be held responsible but amazon is above the lawThey are aloud to do falls advertisementsI contacted Amazon customer service about this issue, and they were very helpful. They issued me a refund for the headphones, and they also told me that they would investigate the seller. However, I am concerned that this issue is not being taken seriously enough.I believe that it is unfair to sell products as new when they are actually used. This is especially true when the products are sold at a premium price. Customers who purchase these products are expecting to receive a brand new product,and they should not be misled.I urge Amazon to take this issue seriously and to take steps to prevent it from happening in the future. I believe that Amazon should require sellers to provide clear and accurate information about the condition of their products. Additionally, Amazon should have a system in place to investigate complaints about sellers who are selling used products as new.I appreciate your time and consideration. Pay is good, but work environment is very tough. Make you work 10 hours per shift, and by end of the day you will be dragging your feet literally. Every supervisor and coach is over your shoulder and could get fired for small mistakes and if your rating is less than close to 100%. People work like donkeys here.

Phone number doesn't work. I couldn't call facility to complaim. I had a problem prime delivery, they came to my building which has 3 doors, but because they couldn't (so they say) get into the front door, they left and Will try again" so much for paying prime. On my account it says "drive to back door and call me". So not getting into the front door was no obstacle anyways. I was at home all day waiting for them."

fast service they are very organized. mind you many times we have had loads rejected. They need to communicate their specific size requirements with their vendors.
