What a terrible experience!I brought my daughters Mini in for a foul smell coming from the vents, replacement of back wiper blades and service that was due. When we came to pick up the vehicle the front wiper blades were also replaced after we had confirmed that the front did not need replacing. The foul smell was still present. What upset us the most was your technician's attitude when we told him that the problem was not solved. He first denied that there was a problem and then after my daughter turned the vents on he agreed. The scent in the car was so foul that anyone can smell it despite the fragrance in the car. You just had to turn the vents on. You kept the car , used a flexible camera and a treatment. No cause was identified for $500 and we were sent home with a vehicle that smelt worse than before. We felt that your team was just going through the motions and no real attempt was made to solve the problem which was distressing to my daughter as the car was very unpleasant to drive.We were asked to give our feedback before we received a survey to give you the opportunity to respond.We gave our honest feedback, never received any reply and obviously never received a survey. Perhaps. If you were not the sole dealership in the area there might have been a better attempt at helping.We have since resolved the issue with an excellent small company call Anic Automotive in Niagara Falls. I would advise them to any BMW / Mini owners.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE OR DO ANY SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever met. They’ll charge you for everything, even the existed problem before you bought it. I bought a BMW 640i GT last year, it’s keeping appearing problems. So I have to go to the service every few months. The most terrible thing is there’s a upper trim damaged before I bought it, they promised me they’ll fix it. Then I’ve booked many appointments for the service, they never fixed it but charge me for the labor fee. Last week, they finally fixed this problem and charged me over $700. The sales department supposed to pay for this fee, but when I find them they are blaming me for paying without telling them so they refuse to refund me. And when I asked the service department, they literally told me no refund with no reason! This happened with the knowledge of both managers! Now I have to ask BMW Canada and consumers ' association for a reasonable solution.

Performance BMW is second to none. I only wish they were closer to Toronto as they are my dealer of choice. Have taken my car here for service and always leave satisfied. I would rate their quality of service above other dealers by far. You can rest assured that when you take your car here it will be diagnosed correctly and the proper remediations are done to your vehicle.Thank you Performance Team.

Very disappointed with this BMW dealer. Spent $1000 but they were incapable to diagnoses my 2013 X3 drivetrain issue. In addition to the error message, the X3 powertrain had lost power and unable be driven for a while. However, they are only interested in charging you and have no technical capability to handle the job. Do not trust this dealer!

Very disappointed. I literally booked an appointment for an oil change and came in early in hopes that I’d leave early. The service guy with glasses said “oh there’s a recall we need to do on your car” I said no thanks I’m running late I can rebook an appointment for that.Long story short over 2 hours later the service guy did not inform me he corrected the recall. within the two hour wait time I went back twice to find out why an oil change is taking so long the guy said with the most strangest attitude I already told you I'll call you when it's done" Seriously!!?? How long does an oil change take?!!! 2 hours later he discloses the fact that he corrected the recall in which I literally told him before I gave him my key Do NOT do it! I’m running late! I can rebook it!Seriously he needs to respect people's time and disclose what is to be completed instead of having people wait with uncertainty then give them an aggressive attitude when questioned.After my BMW services expire I will never come back here!"

Terrible service, unresponsive, and downright deception! Don't take your car there unless you want to over pay without getting basic service. It's the first time I'm having trouble with a BMW service Centre. I haven't had any trouble with any other service Centre for over ten years.We were first told the work could be done by the end of the day. After dropping the car off first thing in the morning, we were contacted later in the day and told it would extend to the next day. On day 2, we had to follow-up due to unresponsiveness to inquire about our vehicle. We were then told it would be another day. On day 3, after multiple calls, we received no call-back regarding the status of our vehicle. It was not until the end of the day when we finally got a hold of someone else, who informed us our representative was off. We were lucky enough to get in right before closing to pick up our vehicle before the weekend. What was the plan here? To ignore the customer, say oh well the rep is off, and delay the pickup until the next week? Unbelievable.As part of the work being done, we ordered a 55-point inspection. This is described on BMW’s website as “This includes checking your fluid levels, heating system, tires, belts and hoses, brakes, wiper blades, and overall performance of your engine”. We also asked to check if we needed an oil change, and was reassured this service would look over everything to ensure that we get work needed done since our car is with them for longer than expected.Fast forward to today, slightly over a month later, our engine oil level is extremely low, vehicle status shows its at minimum, and we need to bring it in again. I thought that was checked a month ago? However, when I called them, they now tell us the 55-point inspection they did does not include an engine oil check, and that they’d only check the oil if we inquired about it specifically. What the heck did I pay for then?Last time I checked, oil is a fluid, and an important one. BMW themselves state the 55-point inspection includes checking your fluid levels. Yet, when asked, they say this 55-point service does not include an oil check. Apparently, they only do a “visual check”. What does that even mean?Service representatives tried to dodge the question and now want to charge us another $299 and keep the vehicle for a day. When asked in writing to confirm included services, they did not answer the question directly.Absolutely ridiculous. I seriously question their expertise and professionalism. Intentional deception, grifting, and gaslighting.

Kimberlee the assistant service manager, always trying to find ways to charge you, 5mins work she will charge you half an hour labour( other staff told me they wont charge any but she would), even I told her do not do any check in advance
