I heard about “Your Maid Service” on a radio ad and totally cold called them because I was just desperate for help with my house. I talked to Patience and she came over within the hour to see my house and give me a quote for a deep spring cleaning. She and her team came today and I can’t believe the difference. Everything is well organized and sparkling!! I keep walking around my house enjoying how clean everything is. Thanks to Patience and her team!! I will definitely be hiring them monthly:):)

Patience and her team were amazing. They went above and beyond my expectations. As a result, my apartment move-out clean was deemed “perfect” by the landlord and I received my full security deposit back. Highly recommend.

I asked this company to do a move out clean. I really don’t know what they cleaned. We also paid for the carpet clean. It was the worst. The cleaner brought feces into the home and tried to blame it us. I am now trying to get money back. Ironically enough I got my invoice after paying by credit card and the invoice says we have thirty days to pay but I was told to pay immediately. Worst experience I’ve had!!

Patience and her team did an excellent job with the move-out clean. They helped clear items out of the house, did a thorough carpet clean, and left everything ready for the next occupant. Miss Geraldine in particular put in a lot of hard work and we'd recommend their services highly.
