Amazing experience! My sonogramer was amazing! I believe his name was val. He took the time to explain the process and what they were doing and how it would show the results they needed to find. He was very kind and personable and made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was there. Very wonderful experience!

Overall they are good. But the receptionist for one of the physicians is terrible. Her name is Simone and I will often call and request to speak with someone else because Simone is so terrible. She is belittling, condescending and complained to me about her workload. Often times she won’t even let me ask questions or will quickly hang up on me. When I’ve called back to the main operator for questions after being dismissed by Simone, I usually receive excellent help. Nurses and doctors seem good.

Many things this clinic could do better.- Staff were nearly all not wearing masks, yet they still asked patients if they were having COVID-19 symptoms. Our wait for the appointments were extended due to the large number of patients needing testing after developing long-COVID. This clinic is doing very little to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect/improve the health of the public.- We arrived at least 15 mins early as their instructions asked only to sit waiting for the next 30 mins, however the time I had with the tech was only about 5 mins.- While booking the appointment the clinic would do nothing to schedule me in until I physically brought the requisition into the office. They only accepted fax or physical requisition, which is completely impractical for most people in 2023.- When asking questions about preparing for my appointment they deflected my questions multiple times. I eventually gave up asking.- During my appointment the technician just applied the pads to my chest without doing any prep or checking where on my body they have to be placed. This clinic is the only option to go to in the city if you need heart testing if you aren't in the hospital. However they do not follow the same standards that are expected of the public healthcare system. I am very disappointed in this clinic and I wish I could recommend ANY other clinic, but there is NO other choice!

Front desk staff are rude and when asked to be referred to a new Cardiologist in Calgary because I moved they told me Dr. Brass doesn't know any other Cardiologists. Sure bud, the arrogance is appalling.

Rude for someone who is not even a doctor to suggest your symptoms are just anxiety. Especially when there is an increase in heart problems after COVID, which your clinic is doing nothing to prevent with lack of masking

Great clinic, I use to see Dr Williams until he retired April 2022 now I have been switched to Dr Das. I haven’t personally met him but I have heard good things. I have had a number of different tests at this clinic and all of the staff have been great with the exception of the receptionist’s. In general I find most to be rude and generally unfriendly. The exception was Dr Das’ receptionist ( didn’t get her name) she was very helpful. At one time it got so bad I complained to Dr Williams while he was still at the clinic, his receptionist was just awful ( for her sake I won’t mention her name, she still works there) he apologized and promised to speak to her, which he did as she was much better the next time we spoke.

It’s a shame Barb, the secretary, is doing this business a disservice. She is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND MISERABLE. I had an 8:10 appointment and when I walked in I immediately apologized for being 5 minutes late and gave her my last name. No greeting. No smile. Instead, she says “no you’re more than 5 minutes late!”I pulled my phone out and watched the time toggle from 8:16 to 8:17. I again apologized for being 6 minutes late. She rudely interrupted me and picked up the phone and says “you’re 8:10 finally showed up”WOW!!! She was absolutely determined to call me out and try to humiliate me in front of a full waiting room.THEN, the lady doing my echocardiogram was unpleasant, rude and never smiled once. She was difficult to understand and had the absolute worst breath I’ve ever been around in my life. I had to ask for a mask! The room stunk so bad I could barely breath in.Absolute worst experience. Just avoid this place altogether. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would.

All the staffs are friendly and professional. The place have been renovated and redesigned. The waiting area is large and filled with comfy seats. You don't want to be late for your appointment. Must arrive at least 15 minutes early. Located on the third floor.

Dr Randall Williams is an amazing doctor. The secretary is unprofessional; Charlene is very rude with no sympathy and she does not know how to listen. I called her early in the morning but our coversation is one-sided, as it ended quickly. She is dealing with patients with heart problem but is unprofessional. She is definitely not fit for her job considering what I have to deal with it.This happened to me everytime I speak to her.
