WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. (Writing this comment while waiting for my order) I understand that people does have bad days, I get it. But if you are working that requires customer service, it is very unacceptable to give unpleasant service to the customer, that is not what I was there for. Girl at least smile or say hello" or if you can't

Customer service so bad. I got 6 Pretzels, 3 are re-heated and 3 are fresh and the female staff was grumpy, she didn't even thank me for buying. At Sunridge mall around 5pm.

This is an excellent pretzel kiosk. The young lady working here (Ronnie) is a super girl. She was attentive and professional and sold the product well. She was all over the place taking orders, cashing orders, baking the pretzels and adding the final touches all without anyone else’s help. I am very happy with her cleanliness in handling the product. She is the type of person this company should look to when they hire staff. The only down side to this whole experience got me was that I could not give her a monetary tip. This company or the manager here needs to add a tip jar or tip tab on the debit machine. Well done Ronnie.

customer service is really bad like dont work on customer service if you have no guts smile nor even say hello and just make face behind if your not happy about your job go look for a different one i to work on customer service. but never did i ever give so much attitude towards a customers. and he said he was the supervisor how ? if you cant deliver such good customer service. im sorry but i will never be buying from this location ever again. no wonder not a lot of people go to your location to be treated badly.

The first time I bought in this branch, Mia Mendoza was the store representative/attendant. She was so nice and knows the definition of excellent customer service". I went back few weeks after and it was someone else in the store. He was not customer service oriented. Went back again after few weeks

I bought a pretzel on my wait out of the mall today, I thought it’s called soft pretzel mine was hard as a rock probably sitting for awhile as I seen a couple there with no others baking I’m very disappointed as I usually enjoy them at this location but not very happy today

Poor customer service. The head staff today belittled my parents while they were trying to put through a big order, and was being insulting and sarcastic while my parents were ordering. The most upsetting customer service experience. If anybody could let me know where I could file a proper complaint because that kind of behavior shouldn't be tolerated. Do better, Mr. Pretzels.

Delicious, hot pretzels! Ask for fresh ones! They'll make them for you and only takes around 5 minutes. Super tasty and awesome. Customer service was just fine!
