Purchasing my vehicle was a bit rocky, but I recently brought it in for a first/second service and it was a great experience. Good price and great communication from the service tech, Roger.Note that these guys don't do loners for service, however they do offer a shuttle which comes in handy. The drivers are always pleasant and the communication is great there as well. Overall a really good aftercare experience.

I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle. I arrived at the agreed upon time. No one was at the front desk. After standing around briefly, someone yelled out to me from the corner office. I told her I was here to meet with someone about a test drive. She then informed me that the person I was meant to be meeting with had left the business the day prior.That's no problem for me. I informed the lady, who turned out to be the sales manager Angela Williams, that I was here to test drive a vehicle. She was immediately very apprehensive about it and began to give me all kinds of reasons as to why it was not possible to drive the car today. Her reasons provided for why I could not drive the car were it's the only one we have"

Better off going to the scrap yard and building your own car than going here. Bought a mazda3 and it is NOT winter ready since it has 5 of clearance and terrible suspension. Had it for less than two years and I already had 4 things break and now I need new breaks and new rotors because they deteriorate from rust within a few months. My car doesnt even have 20k km on it and its already costing me a lot more than a garbage used one."

Just had my new CX-5, which I love, serviced for the first time. I was served at the counter by Roger Guy who was most courteous and professional. This was around around 7:40 and Roger told me my vehicle would be ready around 9:45 so I decided to wait. The man was true to his word and it was actually ready at 9:40. Excellent service. Bravo!

Bought a car, with delivery to Halifax. They did not ship on time, they stopped answering calls, they did not provide tracking or booking number of delivery. The sales manager told that the car was rust-free and undamaged, he lied! I absolutely do not recommend this company, they do not value their customers!
