My boyfriend and I recently went into this store over the weekend to look for a suit. Mind you, we have gone into about 4 or 5 stores prior. The moment we entered this store a female employee said “I know we’re all adults but be careful with you drink.” We were both taken aback, no other store had said anything about my drink (which had a lid). She then told me to put my drink on a shelf while we look around, I told her that I’m fully capable of holding my drink and not spilling it. I understand that other customers may have accidentally spilt their drinks in the past and that it may be a concern for them. However, the approach and attitude was completely uncalled for….imagine hearing that the moment you walk into a store.Terrible staff.

My experience personally was splendid! I am a person of color and received excellent customer service from the associates and manager working at this location!! With the whole covid situation going on I think this team is doing an excellent job under these unfortunate circumstances. I definitely encourage to stop by this brooks brother location. Not only is there good customer service but great prices for high quality suits!

Nice, open store with a chill atmosphere. Brought two polos to the till, when the young lady there (brunette with glasses, June 28) pointed out that they had slim versions in case I was interested - same price and they fit better, so I got those instead. She could have just cashed me out, but I appreciated the extra effort to make that unprompted recommendation to me. Great service!

Always have a great experience at store. Caroline was very helpful in selecting the right size for suits, shirts, and ties. Highly recommended... will definitely come back on my next visit from Australia.

Store staff needs to be trained so they learn how to behave with customers. Specially SUSSAN the store Manager she is rude and being racist with customers. She discriminated us in front of other customers. We felt extremely bad. She was a racist.

I recently visited the store to get a shirt. I was greeted by Carolina who is extremely talented and thoughtful. She helped me to find the shirt for the occasion and suggested other ideas for a good fit. In fact, it was like having a personal stylist guiding me. My compliments to BB for their staff and their cool clothes!

I came to this store unsure of which suit I wanted, and the associates were very helpful and compassionate. The manager was also very nice and I received amazing customer service. I walked out happy with the price, and ecstatic about my new and high quality suit. I highly recommend coming to this location, and I will soon be back for more!

I came in today around 5:30, nice employee put me in a fitting room. After a few minutes another employee knocks, and barges in without waiting for s reply from us. She then proceeds to yell, “well can you lock it then”? No sorry, nothing. We were in the store for maybe 20 minuet total, didn’t even talk to her before she blamed me for walking into ME in the fitting room. Unbelievable, she was wearing a red vest and jeans

I’ve come to know Brooks Brothers as the benchmark for “white glove” service, and this store was no exception. Carolina helped my teenage son select the perfect outfit (suit jacket, dress shirt, pants) for a special occasion. This was not an easy task due to his size and measurements. She was knowledgeable and attentive, and went above and beyond in securing the correct sizes. I ended up picking up a wonderful sports jacket as well! Although my regular store closed down due to the pandemic (Bayview) I am glad I felt equally at home at this location!

Wonderful Experience. Anita E. took care of us from start to finish. Exceptional Customer Service especially during peak hours at the mall. Anita E. was patient, professional and helpful and for these reasons we will be returning at some point. Completed Satisfied customer results in repeat business. Thank You
