I had an amazing time with Courtney as my instructor. She really explained everything and gave her own experiences which was really nice. If and when I need a recertification I will be definitely going back to Forest City First Aid.

Really couldn’t recommend forest city first aid enough. When booking they were super accommodating. Special thanks to my instructor Brandon who was so professional throughout the course he is fantastic at what he does. He went through everything in great detail while making it super interesting. I came out of the course feeling super confident with all the training I had received.

Courtney was my instructor for both CPR C AED & CPR-HCP and she was fantastic!! Full of great stories, and helpful feedback. Courtney was a good teacher. The scenario’s were engaging and they got the point across. I was nervous about performing CPR with a newborn baby and that was the first scenario I had. So it helped to practice a few time now I feel more comfortable and confident to act! Practice makes progress that’s a great way to be ready to save a life.

Feb 25, 26th @local 1059 union hall. Best first aid training ever! COURTNEY is the absolute best trainer. Great attitude, very understanding and makes learning fun. At the end you will be a confident first aid responder! Great job!

I took the Standard First Aid and CPR and my instructors name was Tamara. She was amazing! She ensured every individual understood the content, while also providing personal experience scenarios to help provide better instruction. I feel confident leaving the course as the information was clear and precise. Will definitely return for recertification:)

I had a great experience with Courtney learning first aid and cpr! She creates a really fun and supportive environment. The videos and personal experiences of different medical emergencies that she gave were very interesting and helped a lot with memory retension and understanding the importance of taking action immediately. Her desire to help people is really inspiring, I will definitely return for a recertification!
