We switched from Irving to Cozy Fuels a few years ago, and they have been WONDERFUL. Fast delivery and fantastic customer service, every single time.

I have to say they are very reliable and friendly!! With the cold front coming I decided yesterday to get more oil and It was in the tank 6:37 this morning!! Thanks to my driver !!

We are new to NS, just renting our house, and had no idea that our water heater ran on oil as well as the furnace (yes, we know dumb!) but the smart thing we did was choose Cozy Fuels. Last night when we finally figured out the water heater issue - oil was out! - I was online scouring through trying to decide who to contact...who would have good prices? who would not take advantage of our desperation? who could come within hours of finding out we needed oil? who had payment options that would work for us? I almost went for a couple other options but, thanks to poor ratings, I kept looking until I found Cozy Fuels. I filled out their online order form and first thing this morning got the call back - the woman on the phone was very knowledgable, personable, and caring. Only two hours later and there was a truck at our house to fill the tank and the driver also gave us great information and insight - overall terrific service! They delivered on every aspect that is important to me - value, speed of service, professional and informative, and can assist ongoing with their automated system that can assure we do not run out of oil when we need it most! I have been using reliable for many years and they have been awesome. Many deliveries over the years and only late once because of of the trucks broke down on the side of the road near my house. I recommend this company.

We started using Cozy Fuels many years ago. At that time, we had an emergency and our regular fuel/service people told us they couldn’t help for a few days. Frantically, I started calling other companies. The very friendly person I spoke with at Cozy Fuels assured me he would be at our house within the hour. He was true to his word. We decided to switch to this company for our fuel needs, and they have never let us down these many years later. Always quick to respond, always friendly, always helpful. Just want to thank Budget Fuels for great service, we have been clients for five years and have had consistently great service - from ordering to the guys delivering the oil. Appreciate the deliveries this winter we know it was not easy but you never let us down. 2022 - update, still with budget fuels, still getting great service and by great service I mean that they do what they say they are going to do in a consistent manner , no drama, no fuss and at a competitive price.
