My family and I drive almost 45 mins to only go to this location! I’ve never seen a cleaner Popeyes! Anytime I’ve gone here, the chicken has been fresh. I’m not waiting 30 mins for my meal and the staff is actually competent. I met the owner to personally thank him and his mannerism truly reflected the love he’s put into this place and his customers. 10/10 bravo!

Just came out of the store. I don’t usually give bad reviews. But this was humiliating. The girl Gursimran does not know how to talk to customers. I asked for a cup of water and I was willing to pay, but she started talking to me rudely and behaved ignorant. Ended up paying 3$ for just a cup, which I was fine with, but not after I was treated this bad.

Me and my family had a amazing experience at this new location in Oshawa. The food is always fresh with outstanding quality, clean ambiance and welcoming staff. Overall Would highly recommend if your craving fresh crispy fried chicken with affordable prices.

I had an incredible experience at the Popeyes on 212 Ritson Road. The spicy chicken sandwich was one of the best I've ever had, and the Cajun fries were perfectly seasoned. The staff were friendly and provided fast service. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for delicious, fast food.

My first visit is my last visit. As I bit into my chicken leg, I noticed how juicy it was. By my third bite, I found out why. The chicken was raw. I returned the meal for a refund. Now I wait to see if I get sick. Not a risk I will take again.

We will never eat Popeyes again. $60 on a family meal, chicken sandwich and butterfly shrimp. The mobile order took over 20 min. There was a man waiting about 10 min for his chicken sandwich, never got it. He asked for his money back. After he left the manager or sales person said ‘it was only 8 min” while looking at the chit, but when I thought about it. 8 min and still no food… that’s not good service. I should have asked for my money back too. We ate the food and all got sick.
