I visited last night with my best friend, to say the entire experience was lacking would be an understatement. There was a minimum of 4 servers on staff last night and they were seating a maximum of 10-12 tables. My server in particular had only 3 MAYBE 4 tables, yet our service can only be described as terrible, you would have thought she was handling the entire restaurant herself. First it took us 10 minutes to even be greeted, meanwhile our server walked past us at least 6 times without acknowledging our presence. I’ll preface this by saying I’ve been a server for 5 years, so I know the ins and outs and the behind the scenes, this service was not caused by this, it was just poor service. I understand being busy, but you’re walking past a new table, all it takes is a simple “I’m sorry I’ll be with you in a moment” my best friend and I would have HAPPILY waited if we had just been treated like we were there. Regardless we had already waited 20ish minutes for a table so we weren’t about to go anywhere. When she finally greeted us we gave her our food and drink orders (since we had so long to figure it out), our drink took another ten minutes to get made, we asked for waters and never received them. She didn’t deliver our food, we saw her maybe 4 times, and twice was about the bill. Her attention to her tables was extremely lacking, It wasn’t only my table, until it was time for the bill and then you got all of her attention. We got a dinner special that included dessert, as we were wrapping up on our dinner she came and asked if we “wanted the bill” no “can I get you anything else” we inquired about our dessert that we had already been waiting for, she had clearly forgotten about it (like she did with the table next to us) and tried to mask it by “I’llGo check on it, it should be out soon” we ate our dessert and she came again, we asked her for waters again, she immediately brought ONE warm water. We asked for the bill. Our servers name was Katey and my suggestion is she needs some additional training. She wasn’t running food, she was no responsible for alcoholic drinks as there was a bartender on the floor that night. She only ever brought us one loaf of bread, she wasn’t busy, she was all over the place and seemed very over whelmed by her 4 table section. I sympathize with her, and rarely ever complain because of my involvement with the industry, but there was so much wrong with her service that I couldn’t not leave a review. It was the most disappointing restaurant experience I’ve ever had.

Came in with some friends tonight. The service was amazing. And the food was great. Mackenna was our server, and she was so friendly. She’s honestly such a sweetheart! 10/10 would come back for her.

Heidi was a very pleasant and attentive server! She always had refills ready to go for us! The food was amazing and service was super quick. Definitely recommend the ravioli!! We will definitely be back soon.

Really loved their complimentary Garlic bread with butter it was piping hot and delicious too. Highly recommended their Italian weeding soup with meatballs also do try their scallops pasta delicious and really great service and also friendly staff

Food was great came out hot, had fresh bread on the table and even enjoyed my first bottle of wine in a peach drink. Heidi did a great job serving us.

Quality has gone so down. Got this through Door Dash and it literally is canned sauce with unseasoned meatballs slapped on spaghetti. Had to recook this. A little embrassing no?

Hadn’t been to East Side Mario’s in a while, but was pleasantly surprised by the good service. Francesca was my waiter-she was lovely and very nice. Hostess was very pleasant as well. Would definitely come back.

The AC was cranked the restaurant was chilly. The chicken parmigiana was a nice portion. A lot of spaghetti but lacking enough signature tomato sauce and the sauce itself was very bland. Also wish they brown the cheese on the parmigiana like the photo on the menu.

Ate here and it was fantastic. Server Heidi was quick with service and very friendly. Amazing sizes for the prices as well as the all you can eat soup salad and bread. Perfect as always. Will absolutely be back
