When we made the frantic call to Lancaster, they jumped into action and had the Stairlift, Harmony Adjustable Bed and Lift Recliner delivered and installed by dinner the next day. Now that is service! Even after installation the team responsiveness to our needs continues as we request additional medical items to be delivered.From the time we started to scout for the equipment the entire team was there to assist us in our numerous visits to their store, then answer all our phone calls and emails. We had lots of specific needs and we can’t thank them enough for their friendly, prompt and professional service.We visited many other companies offering equipment. They would never have been able to put our needs together in the short amount of time we had, let alone give us all the items we needed. Lancaster Mobility was recommended to me by the OT Mr. Kai Tan at Pinegrove Place Care Home.I was introduced to Jason of Lancaster Mobility who took great care in making sure the manual tilting wheel chair fit my husband perfectly. It took a few days of changing parts and tweeking this and that but it resulted in a very comfortable chair. I spoke with Joanne also about the accounting of this through myself and my extended health. She was most helpful. Both Jason and Joanne were a pleasure to deal with and they take pride with their products.

My wife & I recently sailed to Alaska with friends from Tasmania, Australia. We were provided a lightweight wheelchair from Lancaster Mobility which was perfect for our requirements.Cruise ships can be particularly restrictive in the interior passageways. Kevin came out to look at our very old unit, put in new batteries and troubleshoot some issues and got the Bruno stairlift to work again. Kevin also offered info on a new unit in case this falls apart after 20+ years. Kevin is professional, efficient, detailed, patient, explained things clearly and answered all our questions. Also a shout out to Joanne at the office who was prompt in arranging the service call with clear communication and follow up. A great experience and we will definitely recommend Lancaster Mobility to anyone needing their service.

Recently my family was looking around for an affordable wheelchair rental for my mother. Lancaster Mobility installed a Bruno lift in our home 2 years ago. Since that time, the lift has worked very well and we are very pleased with the installation and the performance of the lift. After two years, we called Lancaster for a maintenance service on the lift. Within a few days, Wayne came out, and went over the entire lift, servicing all moving parts and tweaking minor adjustments to further improve the lift performance. Wayne was courteous and easy to talk with, and laid down blankets for his tools to prevent any possible scratches. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and comprehensive knowledge and understanding and servicing of his products. Thank you!

Anyone who's purchased specialized medical equipment knows how expensive these items can be. While shopping for a wheelchair for my Mom I visited a few different stores but was extremely happy with the special care and attention provided by Wayne Davis. He took the time to explain various options to me, but he also made several trips to the care home my Mom lives at, and worked with the physio-therapist there to ensure the wheelchair specifically fit her needs. He even went so far as to custom-make a back cushion for her wheelchair, saving us a great deal of money. The customer service and care Wayne provided far exceeded my expectations.The store is a family run business with people who both love what they do and who they do it for. We had a Bruno lift installed today. I have to say that Wayne from Lancaster was great to work with. They showed up on time and got the entire installation done is half a day. They did some extra stuff for us without charge. The Bruno lift is a great product and functions well.Thanks Lancaster.

We have a Bruno chairlift. It stopped working. When I called, their receptionist, Debby, was very helpful. She had the technician, Jason, call me back right away to find out what was wrong and he came out the next day to fix it. I'm very happy with their excellent service!
