Great service from Shane at the showroom and subsequently at our home for measuring and quote. The installer Howard was wonderful. Excellent communication re timing, left our home completely tidy after. Overall, a great experience using Jordan’s team for this carpeting project

Wife and I came in and hummed and hawed at a few carpet samples. Scott was able to walk us through the whole process and make different suggestions that were very helpful in making our decision. We were in and out in half an hour with a set delivery/install date and everything.Meemo and Sal (might have the spelling wrong, apologies) came by today and got our new carpets installed in one (long) day. They worked incredibly hard and the final product was amazing. Meemo also took the time to do a final walk through to make sure we were happy which we greatly appreciated. Punctuality, organization and craftsmanship were top notch.Thank you guys! Great experience.

So happy with our experience using Jordans Flooring! Staff are knowledgeable with good customer service (not pushy). We had upstairs carpet recently replaced and are loving the result! Installer was professional and quick, finishing ahead of schedule. We are going to look at using Jordans again when we replace our living room-kitchen flooring next year. Recommend checking them out!

Excellent Service. Excellent Installation. So nice to find a local store that still offers good old fashioned service. Scott was easy to work with and helped us pick out some great products for our project. He arrived on time for the measure and was there to answer our questions. Howard and his helper did a fantastic job on the installation of our vinyl and carpet. We could not believe how good the stairs looked in vinyl with the custom nose caps. We would use these guys again in a heart beat.
