I have received an exceptional support-service from Rita from the moment I walked into this store. I needed help with getting my phone replaced by Apple as it was faulty. She had contacted Telus support on my behalf to obtain paperwork required for the replacement, and dealt with them for over two hours due to some admin mistake. I really appreciate her amazing customer service, and going that extra mile to help me. It’s employees like Rita that made me stay with Telus for all these years. Thanks again Rita ⭐️

We recently got an iPhone 13 pro as a new customer with TELUS and always had an impression that it was expensive. But Andy, at the store really helped us with the best and economical plan and gave amazing deals. Highly recommend this location. Best customer service.

Tommy helped us setting up the new SIM plan on my mobile phone and he has been an excellent help. He listened to my current situation and phone plan with patience and what type of calling and texting I was planning to do (i. e., within Canada or out side of Canada, etc..) with the new SIM plan and then accordingly he recommended to us the plan that was best for me. And once I purchased the plan, he made sure that my mobile was up and running all good after the transfer was gone through to the new SIM Plan. Really, Tommy has been a great help. Thank you Tommy!!

Andy is a rock star!!!! Moving to Vancouver was not easy, there were tons I had to take care of. Mobility and Wifi services was on the top of my list. Being unfamiliar with the services here in Vancouver, I was very lucky to have stumbled upon Andy to help me sort things out, even before my big move. He explained the procedures, the documents required, the ways to port in my VPN Vancouver number to Telus, and all other pricing and administrative stuff. Because he had prepared me in advance, and was very knowledgeable and quick at what he does, my family and I were able to use mobility services on the same day I landed, and also got Wifi set-up the next day! What's more, he got us the greatest Telus mobility and home service deal ever!!!! Am now a very satisfied customer of Telus!!!! Heartfelt thanks Andy!!!

We got Tommy to set us up with a new phone line. He's been a great help to us. Highly recommended if you ever need anything from this store. He was systematic and offered good advice when it comes to the choices we had to make. He wasn't pushy with ad ons like most agents are. Overall very pleasant experience.

I'm a physician and I use TELUS health, the doctors here are fantastic, kind, and very understanding. I am also a telehealth walk in doctor and I have to say even TELUS offers more for patients than even my walk in clinic provides and I think people who write these reviews should think before posting. The more complaints are coming in, the more health care providers will push back, and just give up/call it quits, theres no winning.
