M & M Home Inspections

Marty of M&M Home Inspections was exactly what I was looking for in a home inspector. Thorough, descriptive, helpful with any questions I had (we're first-time home buyers, and new to the area, so I had a *lot* of questions), friendly, and professional. I would *absolutely* recommend him and his company for all of your home inspection needs!

Marty is your guy! His inspection is very detailed and thorough. He is knowledgeable, informative, and able to answer any questions that we had. This was my first time buying a house and Marty made me feel comfortable and his humor just made me feel right at home. His detailed review with pictures is definitely helpful. This was my first experience as a home buyer. Marty really made me feel comfortable because I was so nervous. I was blown away with the quality of his work. Marty give you step by step explanation why something is wrong and the cause & effect of the problem. He lets you know what needs to be fixed, the lifespand of the item. He give you visuals of everything so you don’t have to worry about what he’s talking about. I will forever recommend Marty from M&M home inspection he is the best person for the job. Marty did our home inspection on 8/22, and my girlfriend and I were VERY pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism that he had. He made us really feel that he was there for US, and was very honest with what would help us in making a decision in purchasing our home. He didn’t try to over-sell us on anything… We loved that he doesn’t give referrals to try and give business to other companies just to make commission.His detailed report ended up coming to us by the end of the day and was easy to understand, with A LOT of photos to help!We will DEFINITELY recommend Marty at M&M for anyone looking for a home inspection! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I had called around to many local companies to get quotes and felt like I was just another pile of money to them. Marty called me back directly (and promptly) and I got a good vibe from him right away and everything from then on was great. Marty help quell my anxieties (I had so many!) and took the time to explain everything thoroughly from top to bottom and made sure I understood it. He did not rush or hurry me in any way and was patient, funny, and respectful. He truly cares about the work he does and the people he works with and shows it by making sure you are knowledgeable about your house so that you can care for it and make it a home without having to worry about things constantly going wrong and not knowing why. I don't typically write reviews but I sincerely hope as many people use Marty for their home inspection as possible so they get the benefit of his expertise and get to enjoy living in their homes with the knowledge they need to feel safe and secure there for years to come.
