Very poor management, I got a paint by numbers kit for Christmas and it contained paint when I opened it the majority of the paint was dried so I took it back to the store and whilst I was trying to get a exchange the manager claimed that they didn’t have any in stock and I would have to wait until it came back in stock again or order new, I went back to the aisle to look for myself and within seconds I found it, she didn’t even bother to check the inventory to see if they had it, she just didn’t look. When I went back to the counter to show them that I had found it and wanted an exchange she saw the box in my hand and immediately walked away and hid out back and left an inexperienced employee to deal with her mistake and laziness and tried to tell the employee what to do through a headset while she hid out back. Very nice employees but horrible management, no employees should be left to fix their mangers mistake, that is what the manager roll initials and I think that a manager this unprofessional and careless should not be in charge of such a large franchise.

We love to stop in and gather supplies for whatever craft we are doing next. Its good to have hobbies and this is the place

This place has everything a crafter needs. So far every time I go in this store I always come out with what I am looking for. My daughter and I love coming into this place.

First time at this location. Everything was so well displayed I was able to find what I was looking for?

Staff's great. Prices are way over priced. Don't recommend buying without a coupon.

The shelves are rarely stocked :( Every time I go, and I'm there often, the paints are picked through and bare.

They have knowledgeable staff and had just what I needed

You need to have a policy in place to make your store scent free so that it is accessible to everyone.
