I have used Real Media Inc for my real estate marketing material (including but not limited to: open house signs, house for sale signs, flyers, photos and videos). I was really impressed with their professionalism right from the first phone call. After booking my photos and videos, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of their photographers and the quality of their material. Their editing was really very good. The turnaround time was quick and as previously mentioned, I was thrilled with the quality. I have and will continue to refer Real Media Inc to anyone who asks for advice on what company to use. Realtors don't usually like to share their trade secrets"... but this company and their dedication to client satisfaction

I have used these guys multiple times and my clients and I have always been happy with the service and photography. I see Real Media as part of the team now because at this point I only call them for photography. I especially appreciate that Real Media service homes out of the area. They just add extra fee for travel. This is VERY useful perk because it saves time looking for a different photographer and ensures that the quality of service is always at the highest standard. Great service. Company Created a WhatsApp group to keep everyone apart of the project connected. A little slow with replies but overall delivered as promised.

Been using Real Media's services for several years now, and never had a bad experience. Appreciate that their photographers show up on time, they take excellent photos & videos, and the price is very fair. Thumbs up from me.

My Real Estate agent hired this company to take photos of my home for listing and I added their photo here see it for yourself... my daughter took way better pictures then these guys, see comparative photos for yourselves.. I paid for the photos and when I asked my agent to ask them retake the photos, they asked her to pay again to retake and also to be there and tell the photographer how to take new photos. Seriously? Why do we pay and hire professionals if we have to teach them how to take photos... I wouldn't recommend them, the photographers are not professionals and I am very disappointed! Dont waste your money!

Unfortunately, some aspects of unprofessionalism were brought to my attention when dealing with this company. An amateur photographer came to my home and took pictures for a listing. The pictures were absolutely terrible, in all honesty my 12 year old daughter could've done a better job. When I brought up my concerns to the photographer he made them seem as if it was my mistake. How is that even possible? Am I the pro-photographer? I was charged for the original work and they wanted a surcharge in order to retake the pictures. Absolutely unacceptable, when it was the photographer's problem to start with. I would NOT recommend this company at all.P.S - This level of unprofessionalism has never been displayed to me by any other media business that I've used when buying/selling other homes.

Made me pay for photos upfront before even seeing samples. That is already a red flag. Once paid for and released, photos were not on par with the premium" package they claim to offer. Did not offer to mitigate the situation and offer any customer service to make both parties happy. Absolutely laughing stock of a "professional" company. 0/5 stars."
