Dino's Athletic Direct

This store is a disorganized mess.... Literally it's a mess inside. The owner is completely out of touch with reality. I looked through plenty of the player shirts. (T-shirts that that have team logo on the front and the players name and number on the back). There were more shirts than I could count that had players that didn't play for that team anymore or had moved on from hockey all together. Prices aren't marked down on these shirts. And the prices are higher than you'd find at almost any online retailer. If you go in expect to find the owners dog in the store and the owner conversing with friends while ignoring you or offering you any help. Although I did have one of the owner's friends try and help me find a t-shirt. Not sure if that was good or bad. I will avoid this store from now on.

Massive assortment of shirts. Mostly geared towards hockey or baseball but there is some NBA apparel. As others have indicated, the store could be a lot better organized and decluttered. There is little logical placement and a dog roams the premises freely, unchecked. Not ideal for those that are somewhat hesitant around large canines.

He's a very knowledgeable person when it comes to soccer and all sports/sports apparel. He's been in Guelph forever. Since I was a child (I'm 38). There's nobody in this town like Dino, he's quite the character and his selection is awesome. You can sometimes find one offs that nobody else carries anymore. And if you want hats look no further.

Disgusting. Nothing is organized, everything is just piled on top of everything. Found a Washington Capitals 90’s jersey without a logo. No prices on anything. Wouldn’t be surprised if half of the products were bootleg

Looks like a great store, I have tried to go two days in a row and online says there open. But when I went the guy left a sign saying he would be back between times and wasn’t. I waiting for 30 mins and the next day closed again when online says there open. If this store wants more customers they need to actual my be open is they say it online.

Been buying my Converse here for 33 years I believe?! The only place i go to buy my favourite shoes! Dino is very upbeat, friendly and down to earth. He's easy to talk to and knows just what you're looking for. It may appear to be a bit messy and cramped but I assure you...it's organized chaos! He knows exactly where everything is! I've always had a good experience as a customer in this store and it is definitely a favourite of mine as I've been a patron for many years.

An absolutely massive selection with apparel and memorabilia for any team you could ever think of. The owner Dino is hilarious, down to earth, and knowledgable, and with a rotating cast of locals stopping in to chat, the atmosphere is one of a kind. All prices are competitive, and some are straight up bargains. Stores like this are hard to come by these days. A must stop if you're in the area, for the true experience if nothing else.

Dino always takes care of his customers. He always has a hat that I need in his piles throughout the store. This is what makes it so much fun to go into Dino's is the treasure hunt for your next gem!

Dino is the man. Great store.

Store has lots of clothes, shoes and memorabilia but it is all over the place. Found some nice items for purchase. Dino is very nice and is very popular and respected as lots of people stop by to say hi. He also has his friendly dog working right by his side.
