Customer service is horrible to say the least. Rude men and woman that work in the decarie store that i went to. This google reviews are so misleading and nothing matches with my experience I had in all Of my 3 visits. On my 2nd visit I went with my mother and the guy working in the store was extremely unprofessional and rude. I thought maybe he is having a bad day so we left without buying anything. I went back again to make the purchase and I regret i gave them another chance and wasted my time. Safe to say never going back to this store again and I will not recommend this business to anyone for their poor customer service!

Best experience I’ve had in any boutique so far. So far bought 3 of their bestseller Abayas and the quality is very good. They have Different varieties of abayas and hijabs. Many books on Islam. Aesthetically pleasing!

The Shop attendant was extremely helpful, I had tones of questions but she answered them with ease. I found a great thobe for our Son and really cool prayer mats. I definitely recommend. I would love to see more women designs and embroided head wraps

Excellent service, amazing customer service, affordable prices for quality items. Thank you for beibg so close to my school and having beautiful hijabs. Went to look for a hijab to wear to my sisters wedding, and the girls there helped me pick the colour that would suit it. Loved the experience.

Last time I went there, it was just me and my mom and this woman that works in the boutique. She was leading us towards the basement to check out more of the dresses when out of nowhere the owner came by and started getting mad at her (speaking to her in French, he assumed that we didn’t understand French). He got mad at her because there was a dress on the corner of the floor. He was being disrespectful towards her, I could see how hurt she was feeling. Later on, when I went to pay for my items, I purposely said « thank you very much and have a good day » in French. She looks at me surprised because I heard everything that happened in the store. Then I left feeling deeply hurt and disgusted. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Hope you change ur manner and treat people with respect no matter who they are. By using abusives words towards ur coworkers? No sir, it doesn’t work like that in canada. You could’ve calmly tell her to pick up the item that fell on the ground by accident, but no, you had to use offensive and disgusting words. Worst part is that after seeing how u have a disturbing mindset on that podcast, but I’ve seen it with my own eyes how u disgustingly mistreat women. Worst part is that in Islam, since u claim to be a “Muslim” u should know it’s haram to hurt woman. People have seen enough of ur fake face and personality, u can’t make up excuses for ur own disturbing sins. The best thing to do is apologize to all woman u've hurt and to Allah swt, lower ur head and make sure u don’t repeat those mistakes again. It’s Ramadan, try fixing urself for the sake of Allah swt.

The lady in the cash is super friendly and nice. Very polite and answered every question of mine... the prices are very good and very nice hijabs.. a variety of colors.. my experience in the store is awesome.. and whenever I need something, I wud definitely go to this store without any second thought.
