The service was spot on. I received the moto 360 3rd gen smartwatch. Unfortunately the screen acted up the same day. I contacted customer support and I didn't have to go through endless waits. Quick,easy, live chat, few qns and my replacement is shipped right away. I received the replacement within 2 days.

Worthless company. I ordered a smartwatch direct from them. Tried to cancel the order an hour later. There is option to do so on their website, and due to their slow customer service system, wasn't able to cancel and the item shipped anyway. Was issued a return label and the package was delivered to them a week ago now and still no refund showing despite their message saying it would be processed within 24 hours of receiving the return package. And I've received no response to my inquiries on the refund status.

Nothing but excellence from this local company. Really impressive quality in all their products, and top tier customer service. I have never been disappointed. It is so cool that they are based here in Victoria. Check out the attached photo of my black-on-black Moto 360, this thing just looks fantastic.

I wish to have the ability to put negative stars. These guys took my money just 5 minutes after I placed my order and after that disappeared. They are not replying to my call neither the emails I sent them. Terrible customer service. I'm wondering how big companies trusting their products to these scammers!And I just found that they don't even have their own offices. the address they are providing are a Regus location!

I am so impressed with the service received from this company and had to leave a review. When we are happy with the sth we forget to praise.Not sure about the experience of others but mine has been amzing.! The person t i spoke to answered a series of questions promptly and with helpful detail. I also recived my order faster than the expected time. So yes I m a happy customer and would buy again from them! 100%

ordered and paid for three watches for my three children, only one watch arrived in the package, WHERE ARE THE OTHER TWO WATCHES I ALREADY PAID FOR? BBB, social media, and complaints to the appropriate governmental agencies will be next if this is not resolved quickly

Order here at your own peril! Was promised 3-6 day's ''Expedited'' shipping. Received the product after 13 days. Online support was more of a run around. Did not receive tracking info for more than a week, despite raising a Service complaint. Negative star if possible would be more appropriate!

I purchased from who I thought was Motorola, using the website, a moto360 certified watch. The new ones have been sold out for a while. My experience with their cellular phones have been great but not so with the watch. Within 2 days of having it, I realized it wasn't what I should have bought and it also malfunctioned. The battery life is very short, not quite a whole day. I followed the process, sending the email form to request to return the watch and get a refund. The support team works soley by email and mistook the request, processing a warranty replacement instead. It has been 15 back and forth emails, insisting that I pay to return the watch because of buyers remorse. The return policy states if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days it can be returned and the website says free delivery and returns. I don't understand why the support team continues with this insistence that I pay to return, except to confirm what others are saying...this company is a scam. I'm trying to work with them because I like the product.I want to buy the Moto100, but I don't think I can, if this is the future of working thru issues or concerns.Motorola has been around and stable and produces a quality product for a long time but their partnering with such folks as these, providing service in the backend so frustrating and time consuming , it definitely makes you rethink patronizing them to pay a little more elsewhere for better service, consideration and human-ness.Update: 18 emails, ransom (return shipping) paid, hostage (refund) released. There's many choices, Motorola partnered with ebuynow is too great a risk. I'll try another way, making sure to read with discernment.

I was very surprised with the quality of the product, the forms of M360 watches is well designed and looks amazing, very fond of the spinning button you can easily spin it whenever you need it without touching a glass at all, this is a very convenient feature especially when the minus temperature outside. One thing that concerns me is a battery but this is related to the high WearOS power consumption, nothing can be done there, that the price we need to pay for the functionality. I'm very excited about the GooglePay feature, especially when you forgot your credit card at home or you are at the gym and need to pay for a bottle of water.

Be aware of this scammers. Ordered a watch from Motorola site by accident. Dint meant to order. Right away sent email to cancel the order. Got the watch by amazon delivery and sent many emails to return it. Slow response. Customer service is a joke. Now they are saying to return it and pay for it!!! I dont understand why and how a company like Motorola dealing with these scammers!!!!!. Now after i read all the reviews i decided to keep the watch and sale it on marketplace. SCAMMERS. Beaware. BEAWARE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMERS.
