About the Business
Layritz Disc Golf Course | Professional Disc Golf Association | The 1st sanctioned public disc golf course in Greater Victoria. A collaboration between South Island Disc Golf Society and Saanich Parks and Recreation. This beginner friendly course is on a fairly flat open field. Holes range from 120 to 190'. Mostly wide open, though a few trees provide a little challenge.

Really loved our quick stop here, nice course. Can get a bit hard to find your disc if you don't keep it on the fairway!

Short Course 9 holes - layout is fantastic, holes flow in a way that's easy to navigate. Lots of tall grass in summer and some blackberry bushes so searching for disc's is likely to happen.

This is a fun, easy to navigate, 9-hole disc golf course. Great for beginners or those working on their flick throws (lots of right turning holes). There is a decent amount of brush around the course so bring an extra disc in case yours gets lost in the wilderness.

My wife and I had great time. Course 5 and 6 could use some work though. But will definitely be back again.

Fantastic course to learn the basic and intermediate skills to have a great time with disc golf. Super family friendly spot, with long and short versions of all the holes, everyone will be engaged. She gets pretty mucky during the wet months so plan footwear accordingly. Have fun!

Great course, 1 hour and you get a couple rounds in. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was dead. Parking is free on weekend as well!

Took the kids to Layritz Park for a hike and play.Great trails, large playground, washrooms, soccer field, baseball ⚾️ fields.

Nice, simple 9-pole disc golf course. Not the nicest I've been to, but a good course to checkout if you're in the area with good signage. Free.

I actually love this course because it's great for beginners like me but it's extremely muddy in the winter. A shallow swamp in some areas. Definitely wear boots and bring a towel to wipe off your discs. Mostly open fairway surrounded by tall brush with some tree-lined sections. The course could use upgrades like better tee pads. 9-holes, long and short tees, tonals only, free to play!
