My first experience with Alpha Chimney was exceptional. The service man was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, fair, and clean. Very respectful and honest. The first impression I got was seeing him remove his shoes before coming into my house. I would highly recommend their service.

You will not find a more honest company than Alpha Chimney. I had booked an appointment for a cleaning due to excessive fireplace/soot smell in my house. Called to arrange an appointment 2 weeks in advance for an inspection and they no call/ no showed & I waited for the 2 hours they gave me for the appointment. I had to make special arrangements for them to come in which I explained when the appt was scheduled. When I called back to reschedule I explained that it was important that they call if they couldn’t keep the next appt (due to arrangements needed) & the woman on the phone who had already been rude told me that it didn’t matter if I was happy with the service bc I wasn’t the home owner or with condo association and that it wasn’t my choice what company inspected the chimney. Needless to say, the inspection has been scheduled with another company.

We had this company come to sweep our chimney and inspect it. They had a list of problems totaling 4000.00. We had another company come and do it for 300.00 with recommendations to get a new cap and repair some damage to the bricks at the top. Long story short by calling someone else we saved ourselves around $3000.00!!

Alpha chimney came to my house this week and got another company job fixed. They were able to provide me an estimate and fit me in their schedule. I’ve use many and name highly recommended companies from Nashua. But nothing was better than Alpha chimney. I’m extremely happy with you guys. Thank you so much for everything.

I've used this company a few times and couldn't be happier. They are very professional, arrive within the service window and are very reasonably priced. The tech's I've had - most recent was Higor - take the time to explain what they are doing and give advice for keeping your woodstove and chimney clean. I had a horrible down draft and Higor was able to fix it by rearranging the bricks within the stove - a simple and super cheap fix to a longtime problem. Other companies wanted me to put in very expensive exhaust fans and/or extend the height of my chimney. Recommended
