We got our order, 480 sf vinyl floor on March 2nd, 2022, from this store, HC Depot. When installing it ten days later, we found that more than 50% of it had been damaged at the corner. After many times of talking, we got their solution: THEY REFUSE EXCHANGING! THEY REFUSE RETURNING! THEY REFUSE REFUNDING! Alright, it’s their way. They earned our money, we obtained their garbage, win-win. That’s it.The vinyl floor is manufactured by Embassyflooring75 West Dr., Brampton, Ontario L6T2J4

For sure, if you are looking for amazing deals on marble bathtub or hardwood floors this is the right place to visit. I don't know how they do this but much cheaper than elsewhere, beside amazing customer service.I have visited the sotre as recomended by my friend. Mike who was helping me out, showed me several different options, and finally I have chosen the right bathtub and marble sink for my house. Few days after I have visited PQB again with my wife as we are renovating the house, and we have got really great deal on engineered hardwood. Again, Mike helped us out, showed us over 30 different options and explained the difference, he was very polite, helpful and not pushy. We spent in the store over 3 hours but only because we fealt there so welcome. There is something magic about PQB. Highly recomended to anyone who is looking for any hardwood, laminate, carpets or marble bathtub. Thanks so much for great help and professionalism! We will be coming back for more.

Great experience with hardwood contractor Depot. Everything from start to vinyl installation completion was done perfectly. Convenient location beside the Costco on Laird. Kinga was very organized and communicated everything effectively along the way. All materials were ordered quickly and installation for whole townhouse took only two days. Nice to not have any carpeting and instead have modern waterproof vinyl plank flooring. I would definitely recommend Kinga and this store.

Excellent customer service, good quality products and good prices! They love their job, there is a lot of positive energy here. Beside a good number of samples I like that they do not push for sale. I have found what I was looking for in this little store, I got samples to take home and will come back every time I would need something for my renovation project.

Very bad customer service. I bought flooring 3 days ago. You cannot return the flooring even its not open. I bought 26 boxes and 7 boxes not open. No RETURN. I will not recommed this store to my friends. 0 rating for me.

Absolutely love this store! The staff member I dealt with, Kinga, was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They have a huge selection and helped me choose the perfect floor for my house! I would recommend this store to everyone.

The owner is rude, unknowledgeable of his products. Acts nice until deal is done and the money is paid, then turns to be impolite when you follow up on your order. Quoted us transportation fees, on the delivery date, that deal was changed, the owner along with his driver threatened us to waste our order as we have already paid the price. Save yourself the hustle and think twice before dealing with such unprofessional greedy business owner.

Worst place ever, pls take care if to deal with the owner , he will try to convince you something wrong about the product to sell it when I called other stores said totally different info, had to call even the manufacturer and confirmed me the owner was giving me wrong info to make the product good, got more money from us , not returning wood and shouted at us,Very rude, no customer service, agreed on delivery fees then on delivery date the driver don’t want to deliver the wood wants double the price even after we paid the owner gave support to the driver as said he is my friend screened at usTotally rip offBe careful as will start as as sweet old guy gives you best customer service then will see the other face .
