Edit: 5 days after writing this review a crew came and made all necessary repairs, free of charge. Still slightly disappointed with the issues we experienced but weather definitely played its role too.Original 2 star review, April 2023:We had J&J do all of our fascia and eaves in the fall of 2021. We were originally really happy with the work. But then in the spring we noticed we had to buy an eave extension as the one empied at the lowest point of our yard, right at the foundation of the home. In December 2022 we had the entire front fascia fall off (onto the pedestrian sidewalk below). They came and repaired that within 10 days... but again in late February 2023 a piece of the BACK fascia fell off and they have yet to come see or fix the issues. Very unreliable work.

Amazing customer service and wide range of available products. Each time I stopped in to buy vinyl siding, aluminum fascia/door trim, eavestroughing and downspouts Jesse was very helpful in providing options for everything. Super friendly and best prices! I'm referring everyone I know to J&J! Great business!!

Had our windows replaced this January and our eaves replaced last September. Very good quality products supplemented by exceptional customer service. We are very satisfied with the results and will recommend them to all our friends.

Stopped by yesterday to grab a roll of aluminum to flash my facia. I asked all the right questions and got some very great answers. Went and hooked up my trailer and came back later to get some eavestrough freshly made as I waited. Grabbed some clips and a few other needed items and down the road I went. Very pleasant people working here and great prices for most of your aluminum needs.

Great people, knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have it they can get it in a day or two usually. And so far I've never needed it ordered they have a huge selection of colours!

When they’re on Wednesday, June 8 to ask if they could cut two pieces of Eavestrough and attach to two pieces of downspouts so the water could flow in a different direction. As I walked into the place at 8:30 in the morning I asked the gentleman if he can come to my car and see exactly what I needed to be done. He did not even want to come to my car to see what was to be done and after he saw what I wanted to be done which would only take approximately 15 minutes he started to walk away and said you can do it yourself. I would have paid anything to get the part done. I’m sure they have all the tools and I needed to open two ends of the pipe. He walked away and said do it yourself. I thought services is number one in any business. I left there that morning in shock and I said to myself I will not be going back to that place to purchase any products again. I hope you treat other customers better than you treat my wife and myself that day. Very embarrassing not very professional. Small jobs and big jobs are all the same.
