Average experience, nothing fantastic but not awful either. We were seated with everyone else in the bar area for dinner, I understand it is easier for the waitresses to have everyone grouped but it would have been nice to be a little more spaced apart from the bar when trying to enjoy dinner. Service was very impersonal. The waitress never introduced herself and to check in on us she just looked at us from across the bar and gave us a thumbs up instead of asking if everything was alright or if we needed anything. Drinks were good. The quality of the steak seemed very subpar. It was cooked good but it had absolutely no flavour and looked old when it was cut. I had to put a lot of salt on it to taste anything and even then it was lacking. The honey buns appetizer was undercooked and the cheese inside was still cold. The fries had obviously been under a heat lamp for quite some time. It was okay but for $100 for two I'm not so sure the service or quality was there.

Not a great experience. We haven't been to Kelseys for at least 10 years. The last time we we're here we had steak, this evening we had steak and it was of the same caliber as 10 years ago. We ordered medium rare steak, they were cooked improperly. The steak came with a side of granulated mashed potatoes, extremely soft carrots and broccoli. The service was great but aside from that, no thanks. We thought with the new look maybe it would be a different experience, we were wrong, Some things never change. Sorry but we are done with Kelseys for good this time.

Kelseys has been my go to spot for years. The staff is always so friendly, and helpful. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also superb. Food is always consistent, and always comes out presented well and hot. Never had a bad experience here, and that’s why I’ll continue to come back.

Sat in at a booth. The waitress was friendly and efficient and brought us waters immediately. The food was hot and fresh, well made. We were surprised at the quality. The tenders and Fish Sandwich were both great. Excellent onion rings. We will definitely be back.

First time I came here the service and food was fantastic.That was a supper. I had a quesadillia.This time we went for lunch.Was hit and miss.Service was good at first.Food came out, everything was cold but the burger.Server didn't come back till the food was done.Overall could have been better.

This place has been a staple of Brockville for a long time. They have a solid beer tap selection and a great menu. Just finished the Messy Fish sandwich and it was legitimately the best fish sandwich I’ve ever had. They also have a pineapple summer beer that is definitely worth giving a shot.Cheers!

We got in during the dinner rush, early enough that we did not have to wait for a table. Ordered the 4 Cheese Spinach dip and Honey Buns to start, both of which were excellent and came home with us.Fornour mains, I ordered the Breaded wings, medium buffalo sauce (extra saucy) and they came out absolutely perfect!My wife on the other hand ordered the chicken parm in Alfredo and right from the serving it was obvious that the dish had sat under the heat lamp too long, she's not one to complain so she gave it's best shot, the noodle were drier than they should have been and the chicken was underwhelming even with all the sauce and cheese. An unfortunate kitchen error, BUT they were intensely busy by this time as well, with a lineup out the door.The waitress (Rebecca) was very attentive consider the volume of patronage at that particular time. The facility was as expected with some novelty urinals which I'm sure creates quite the talking point while you wait for your food.

Lovely restaurant, great in house food & service. Take out isn't so great - just got my Mother's Day dinner (which cost almost 100$) and the Caesar salad I got (full size for 13.99$ before tax) was the size of a side salad & didn't have enough dressing to even coat the off shoots of romaine I got, my son's Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger wasn't prepared to his specifications, my husband's Chicken Fajitas didn't have nearly enough of any of the toppings. This isn't the first time I've gotten bad take out orders from this location but this is the first and last review I will write about it. Dine in is great but the take out service I wouldn't do again. I tried to call the restaurant to inquire about all of the issues with this order and no one answered the phone. I know it's Mother's Day but like come on. Pay for an expensive take out, order you at least expect to get what you're bloody paying for.(I was going to include photos but much like the restaurant, just wasn't worth my time.)2 stars.Also did not get a receipt so I have no point of reference for this order.

Disappointing food. I had ‘salt and Vinny fish and chips’. Thought they would already be vinegar seasoned. No, just a little plastic pot of white vinegar on the side. Too many inedible items on plate - 4 times overcooked fries, huge piece of fish batter and coleslaw red cabbage roots. My husband had the chicken nachos which the server told us were the upgraded version in past 2 weeks. Wow - one or 2 bits of chicken and barely anything else, certainly very little cheese. Oh, but a bonus overcooked French fry sitting in the dry chips. Mentioned all to server who asked if we wanted a discount or talk to manager. No we said, but Please take our observations back to the kitchen.Tonight I made nachos to fill our expectations that we had at Kelsey’s yesterday. Please compare. These are NOT from Kelsey’s. And did not cost more than $5 to make. As opposed to almost $20 you charge. Your prices are way out
