Had a technician come to my house 2 times and the problem still isn't resolved. He wouldn't listen to me. I have squirrels nesting above my porch and he continued to throw rat poison under the porch saying it would work and it hasn't. On my invoice he wrote observed rats in the porch" which is a lie. I had to pay him for the 2nd visit as well which was a complete waste of my time and money. Now I'm going to have to find a new pest control company to come and fix the problem I've paid this company twice to fix. Stubborn and poor customer service; avoid them at all costs!"

We had a roach problem and after just one treatment, Muhammad eradicated the problem by 95%. He returned a few weeks later, as promised, for a subsequent guaranteed treatment just to make sure the problem was taken care of. He was punctual, professional, and got the job done! Highly recommended!

I had four fumigations by another company but they did not rid my apartment of the bedbugs completely and I was still getting bit in my bed. After five long frustrating months, I called Ensure. I had one visit and was completely satisfied and have slept in my bed for the last few months without a worry and I am so glad I called Ensure. The method used is the only one that really works!
