H&M

Used to love this store. Now, I find the selection not as nice and the fact they never having all the fitting rooms open is very frustrating. It’s not making the customer experience as easy as it could be to go far to try on a single item.

I love the fact they recycle clothes and reward customers for bringing them. Took a quick lap around. Lots of choices, but I find it a little expensive. Five dollars off the next purchase isn't enough.

Be careful, they charge you for bags even if you don't use theirs. Also, their waiting rooms are a mess, one for the whole store and it's only 5 people at a time.

A great place to shop if you want to waste time waiting in line for a fitting room. Only one fitting room for men, women, and children. There *technically* is a women's fitting room, but it is always closed. Customers are directed to the single fitting room in the men's section. Slow moving, long lines. Not worth the hassle.

Great selection of clothes but zero staff available in the kids section. Also, nobody at the main cash, waited at least 5 minutes until I could flag somebody down.

Nice enough, good prices. Too bad everything is small, medium, and extra small. That's the men's section. A clerk went off to check for larger sizes and I haven't seen him since. I used to be able to find clothes here. Ah well.

I wouldn't recommend coming here because if you want to try a piece of clothing, you have to wait for God knows how many hours to get into the fitting room because they only have one and only open which is in the men's section..Wouldn't visit again

I purchased a shirt with your employee, Steve, at the checkout. He was absolutely awesome. He recommended I make an account with you guys and he was able to get me a 10% off coupon thanks to that. He was super funny, really outgoing and friendly. He was one of the only retail workers in the entire mall that had some life in him and he really brightened up my day.

Reasonably priced clothing for the everyday person. The clothes are relatively stylish to match today's youth. There's a great variety of items to buy and they have both men and women's sections.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with a manager at H&M regarding a return I wanted to make at their store. It is with great disappointment that I share my negative encounter, as it reflects poorly on the store's customer service and highlights the questionable actions of this particular manager.I purchased an item from H&M with the intention of returning it due to a sizing issue. As a loyal customer who has always appreciated H&M's return policy, I was confident that returning the item would be a simple and hassle-free process. However, upon reaching the store and explaining my situation, the manager outright refused to accept my return, stating that I needed to return it to the Bayshore Center instead.I am utterly disappointed and disheartened by the disrespectful behavior exhibited by a manager at H&M. The manager's unprofessional conduct, including eye-rolling and lack of respect, not only tarnished my shopping experience but also reflects poorly on the values and customer service standards of H&M.
