Rock Solid Countertops

We are so pleased with our new countertops! We shopped around quite a bit and decided to use Rock Solid because we had the best customer service from Chelsea the manager who I met in store. The whole team did such a great job in the end. Even helping us to source a much sought after sink at the 11th hour. Highly recommend.

We were referred by a friend of ours from Campbell River and we were very pleased with the service that was provided. Chelsea advised us of our various options as well as the and made helpful suggestions. She even noticed an error with our measurements and made sure the sizing was correct before instalment. Installers were professional and ensured everything was perfect. From initial contact to instalment was 3 weeks. Highly recommend this company as your first choice for counter tops

So happy with my new kitchen. I feel like a grown up with my new grown up kitchen. Everyone was great and professional, from the sales staff to the installation crew to the admin staff. I greatly appreciated everyone professionalism and quality of work and the product itself.

When I made my choice of countertops I was given a sample. This helped me to select cupboards and backsplash tiles. I anticipated there would be a series of problems because I was adding a cupboard at both ends of my existing arrangement. I was installing different sinks. And I did not want a seam in my new quartz countertop.I actually didn’t need to worry. The team from Rock, Solid Countertops took several measurements and they were pinpoint accurate! The team from Campbell River came down to assess the installation. They considered and discarded the attempt to bring the countertop in by way of my strata staircase. They considered a crane to bring it in over the balcony. They sharpened their pencils some more and concluded that there would need to be a seam.Well the installation was almost seamless. The countertop arrived in 2 pieces. And those genius installers did need a seam, but I defy anyone to find it! So my concerns about a seam were unnecessary.Then I wanted 2 small holes drilled at either end, to accommodate cords to my small appliances. On the advice of your team I agreed to live with my countertop for a month. Well, the holes are really unnecessary and the cords fit just so unobtrusively on the side.There were many RSC employees whom I encountered from placing my order to final installation. I found each person was experienced, respectful and an expert in their area. And I admire their ability to keep a straight face when I asked so many questions. The estimate was accurate with no added charges. I consider the costs were reasonable. The work was completed in a timely manner. From my experience with RSC I would recommend their services without reservation

Rock Solid Countertops did our kitchen and the countertops are amazing! Dealing with the staff was truly a great experience: from the owner Paul was helpful and accommodating, Chelsea who was always there to answer any question, to the lovely templaters Joe and Emmanuel who spent the time to get the best measurements, and lastly the friendly, efficient install crew Darian and Jeff. From the moment we walked into Rock Solid countertops we noticed a difference, the store manager Chelsea answered all our questions gave us samples and made really astute recommendations. We did shop around, and found Rock Solid to offer great value, and really short turn around times. It was actually about twice as fast to get back into our kitchen, which makes a big difference when you are on a makeshift kitchen for over a month. I always got amazing responses, both in terms of sales, but also technical questions, and precise drawings. We also were recommended to wait on the backsplash choice (notice in the pictures there are none). The end result of the counter install was stunning, and ON TIME!!! We couldn't be happier. All in all a great experience I would repeat with my next project.NOTE: The project in the pictures is almost done, just waiting on the backsplash. Rock Solid recommended we put a couple of samples there for a week, to see which we liked best.
