Ordered monday special chicken on rice. The chicken is all dried up, chewy, over cooked. Returned it got a replacement of shwarma instead. So giving 2 stars for that.

These reviews gotta be fake. No flavour. Had to add my own sauce to even taste anything. Please don’t waste your money. Service was good but food was not

Wish I could give negative stars, we tried this location coz we love the Ajax location. The chicken on the sticks were decent, but the wraps were bad… the meat was very dry and literally no sauce at all . Apparently all sauces at this location is premium and extra.

This was one of my best experiences! The staff was wonderful and extremely kind, helpful, and friendly! The food was phenomenal! It is a very excellent family restaurant! Also, everything is very clean and tidy! My family and I love this place and go often. I highly recommend that everyone should try it. You will fall in love with the food, staff, atmosphere, and the friendly/home environment! Also, the parking is highly convenient and easy to access! The patio is nice especially during fall, spring, and summer.

This has to be the best shawarma in town! Absolutely delicious, the chicken was juicy and flavourful, spice level was just about right, and veggies were very fresh—to top it all, the customer service was exceptional! Everything on the menu looked great definitely worth your money!

Lady at front desk popping Gold chain needs to learn customer service. She made us feel like she was forcing herself to take & make our order. It's the first impression that matters, I travel for food and this attitude isn't appreciated No where. Ps. You guys just opened up so I wanted to give it a try, you know there are big competitors in the area whose food and service is much better. Good Luck

Good food but communication could be improved as I thought I would be getting fries on the side with the combo but instead they put the fries in the shawarma for some reason.

My personal favorite is their Half & Half Chicken plate. The portion size was generous and left me feeling satisfied and content.Throughout my meal, the service was exemplary. I decided to have a large beef shawarma wrap with a chili fries. Everything was fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed how the beef shawarma flavour interacted with your garlic sauce and tahini. I requested help with deciding how much hot sauce to add since it was my first time there, and they were excellent at picking the right amount of heat for a casual meal.
