We found Celestine through a company in Canada that did elopement style weddings. After reviewing MANY potential photographers, my husband and I feel in love with Celestine's work. Her work is so artistic and blew all traditional wedding photographers out of the water. We didn't meet Celestine until our wedding day, however, Celestine was the most accommodating and sweetest photographer we have ever encountered. Our wedding day was perfect and we have the most beautiful pictures that captured the beauty of our love and the majestic place that is Emerald Lake. We would recommend Celestine for any occasion.

Celestine was the most amazing photographer and we are so glad we chose her to capture our special day! She answered all of our questions, captured all of our photo request, and was the sweetest person to work with. She made our day so special and more! When we got our photos back we fell in love with them. She not only beautifully captured our day, but also captured my husband and I personality and our friend group. I can't express enough how amazing our experience was with Celestine! We did an evening shoot out in Kananaskis and it will be a day we will always remember. Her knowledge of the local area is outstanding, she knows exactly where to go for the best views and lighting and I'm sure would surprise you with some spots most people don't know about.Celestine made our shoot so comfortable and fun. I don’t have the words to describe just how amazing Celestine is… but I will try! We spent approximately 24 hours with Celestine (and her wonderful sister) during our backpacking elopement and she truly went above and beyond capturing every moment of the once in a lifetime experience. She was such a trooper hiking almost 6 hours up to an alpine lake, where we spent a cold night, and then was up with us before the sun came up to capture us getting ready in our tent in the dark (she even helped me zip my dress up before the first look!). My favourite part of our elopement was our vow exchange. It felt like it was just my husband and I alone in the world, but she managed to capture it so perfectly without us even knowing she was there. I cherish every single photo she took of us and our group of friends (and dogs!) and I would recommend her to absolutely everyone. Celestine is such a kind and caring human, who is 100% there for you on your day and during all the planning leading up the event. She is also a magician with her camera. Thank you, Celestine, for being the best choice we made for elopement!

My husband and I are beyond happy with our photographs!! Celestine is so talented. We absolutely love her personality and passion for the best shots!! This summer, we had Celestine do our wedding photos in Kananaskis and engagement style shoot in Drumheller, AB. The photos turned out beautiful and we could not be any happier with them. During the photo sessions, Celestine made it easy and fun and made sure I was warm because it was raining on one of the days. A lot of special moments were captured and we would recommend Celestine to anyone looking for a photographer!

Simply put, Celestine is an amazing photographer! My husband and I chose her to document our elopement in Canmore and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Photography was the one thing I was extremely picky about. There are many photographers that can get a handful of great shots, but our gallery was FULL of absolutely stunning and amazing photos that we will cherish forever. We traveled in from Florida, so spent the time leading up to our wedding coordinating with Celestine remotely. She was always super responsive, answering any questions we had, and helped us find the perfect ceremony spot. She took the time to meet with us and our officiant (Barbara Parker of Threshold Ceremonies who is also amazing and came recommended by Celestine) just before our wedding day to help us with logistics, which we were so grateful for. The temperature drastically dropped the days leading up to our wedding and the forecast was calling for freezing rain the day of. Celestine could tell we were stressing a bit about the weather, but reassured us everything would turn out perfect, and she was right! On the day of the wedding, she showed up with hand warmers, a blanket to wear between shots, umbrellas, and just about every other thing that might possibly be needed. She captured the feel and emotion of our ceremony beautifully and skillfully kept us moving during our couple portraits so we could get all the locations we wanted. She was super sweet, made us feel extremely comfortable, kept us warm, fixed my hair, helped clean up my husband and saved the day after he slipped in the mud part way into our portraits (we are laughing about that now!) and in the end, gave us the photos of our dreams. If you are looking for an amazing photographer, stop looking and book Celestine!

Our recent experience with Celestine as our intimate wedding photographer was absolutely amazing! We live in the US and relied on her to help us navigate our options for an outdoor ceremony, as well as hiking photos as a newlywed couple. Celestine helped us so much and we could not be more thrilled with how wonderfully our wedding day turned out. She is not only a talented photographer, she is also an amazing human and it was a joy to spend time with her. Highly recommend!

We were based in the US and didn’t even meet Celestine until our wedding day, but she was one of our best decisions. We had numerous questions about planning our hike, ceremony and reception and Celestine had many thoughtful schedule and location suggestions due to her experience. Celestine truly wanted to help craft a day that encompassed our vision and gave straightforward guidance. When we finally met at 3:30am the morning of our sunrise hike she was as warm, genuine, calm and enthusiastic in person as via her calls and emails. She was also prepared for all elements with extra gear for us like gaiters, crampons, bear spray and clear umbrellas. We ended up needing additional time due to the rain and fog and she easily accommodated us as she only books one wedding per day. She helped me change into my dress and even re-pinned a wayward curl that I hadn’t noticed. We rejoined our families after the hike for the ceremony and reception and they all commented how easy it was to interact with Celestine. We felt like we had met someone we would hang out and go hiking with beyond our wedding day. She also worked very well with our videographer. We received our final gallery about three months after and her artistry was breathtaking. Our family and friends actually gasp when we show them. She beautifully captured all the emotions and moments and when I look at those photos I am transported back.
