Been going here years, zero complaints. However there’s a woman that works there now, and the last few times have been nothing short of uncomfortable. She makes you feel judged, she lacks social skills (if your not good with people, why are you there ?) and she’ll say things she shouldn’t to a customer. When I walk in and she’s there I dread it each time (I’m there every few months) So unimpressed.Reply to response::I appreciate the personal and genuine reply. As much as I’d like to call and speak with management, I’d be nervous if she found out it was me who wrote this complaint, since I see her often. She’s the woman in the picture posted behind the counter. Super cold, not very nice at all. Over the last 20 yrs iv been going here, the staff has always been so welcoming and informative. I don’t have any major health issues at all to make her feel uncomfortable, but I do ask questions about what I’m buying, and she always appears to be put off like I’m bothering her. It’s just her personality, nothing more than that.Again, I appreciate this reply back though.

Great place to shop. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and they carry a great selection.

Lovely experience! Knowledgeable and thorough regarding products and specific to gender, ages, etc. Absolutely no attempt to oversell or pressure to purchase. Really appreciated the honesty in terms of which products were most beneficial and also where it was necessary to splurge and where a brand name was irrelevant. Definitely going to be a return customer.Gotta remember to ask for samples the next time!

The staff here is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They carry a wide variety of products and have very reasonable prices.

Speak to Gloria.... She knows what she is talking about when it comes to vitamins and supplements. Professional, good advice... I'm a hard person to impress and I will continue to shop at this location for the expert advice. Although the store is a little out of my way, it's worth the inconvenience for quality products and good customer service.
