This build is the worst you will ever encounter. If you are considering buying into one of their developments run the other way while you can. I bought into the Ascend development in June 2020 with a contracted completion no later than January 2021. It is now May 2023 and we still do not have possession. The build quality is horrible and they refuse to correct obvious defects so we will have no choice but to go through new home warranty. There has been no formal communication from the developer in nearly 2 years all while they have our money and we still have no where to live.
