Very disappointed with this company's conduct. My mom had passed away and we just sold her house. I went to cancel the policy as per the date the new owners take possession. They told me that along with the signed point of interest form I would also need to include the house sale document stating the new owner. I talked with my realtor and was told that it was most likely to get the names of the new owners so they could sell them insurance. Not needed to send the papers.How distasteful. Even after explaining my mother's passing to them.
