One of my favourite stores!!!! So love all my unique pieces. I have three more orders waiting for pickup! I have spread the word and created a few other Grey's addicts!

My absolute favourite store to find one-of-a-kind pieces!! She carries the most gorgeous and unique sweaters, rompers, dresses, denim, you name it! I have nothing but positive things to say about Grey Clothing. Once or twice there has been a minor error in an order, I send her an email and I get a response right away, and the problem is always resolved to my satisfaction.Lindsay has gone above and beyond to provide her customers with great customer service. I once bought a pair of leggings that I wasn't satisfied with (they ripped after 2 wears), despite the fact that I bought them on sale and they were non-refundable, Lindsay gave me a refund and took them back right on the spot, no questions asked. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. I will be a customer for life :)

Love this store as it has unique quality items . I have always purchased online and often there are sales that I jump on ! I have never experienced bad customer service and reading previous reviews I think people forget that this is not H&M or GAP but a small business trying to keep up with all aspects of running and managing a business . I have loved everything I have purchased and often get complimented on items :)! Worth the buy and worth it to shop local !

I ordered a dress for a wedding and had an incredible experience from start-finish with Grey’s Clothing. The owner is an absolute doll and put the dress I wanted on hold for me even though I was ordering online and was so kind and lovely to deal with. The dress is beautiful and I can’t wait to order more items from Grey’s and support such a wonderful company and owner. Order from here, this place is everything!

Love your store Lindsay! With a busy schedule it is hard to get into a real store front so I have always ordered online and have loved the products and user friendly site! My favourite jeans EVER are from here. They seriously fit like a dream. I love how every item has an in depth description and tells you about fit so that you can confidently buy online. I also love how you are instantly connected with the shop app that tracks your order along the way so you are always in the know about when your order will arrive. Most of all I love the styles! Just see for yourself. This store is full of beautiful pieces for every part of your wardrobe. Can’t wait to place my next order!

I absolutely LOVE this store! I mainly purchase online but have also shopped in person too. The clothing descriptions are detailed and accurate. They are quite responsive to inquiries on order status, deliveries, returns etc. They also often post their own try instead thru instagram which helps sometimes in deciding on pieces since stock photos sometimes do not do the clothes justice. The pieces are very unique and beautiful and good quality... and I get complimented all the time when I wear. Lindsay and the Grey team have significantly upped my wardrobe style!! Love them.

Horrible customer service! I was sent the wrong size, and reassured that a return shipping label would be mailed out to me. I’ve sent two follow-up DM’s since, to which I’ve received no response. When a business makes a mistake, they should do everything in their power to resolve it. Unfortunately, this business doesn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. It’s been nearly two weeks without acknowledgement of my last two messages or any further communication. As such, I’m left with little choice but to leave this negative review as a warning to other potential customers.
