Classic example of why not to take the cheapest quote. They scratched up all of the eaves trough, none of the vents were properly installed and have to be redone They didn't even use any caulking/sealant. We called and explained that we could see sunlight coming into our attic and he said he couldn't see anything from the outside and wouldn't go into the attic. I would avoid these guys if at all possible. Very poor workmanship overall. Save yourself future added costs and roof leaks. Go with a better company.

I used Smaill for some commercial building roof repairs as water was leaking in through the roof in a few areas. They came same day to provide a quote, and came next day to do the repairs, even though they were busy. They did what I asked, and also provided some suggestions on repairs they thought would be needed in the future. They provided plenty of before and after photos, so I was able to understand the issue as well, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future when needed.
