Upper Crust Bakery Selkirk

The bakery has changed the recipe for their apple cinnamon bread. No apples and the cinnamon is in blobs instead of being swirled through the bread. Used to be a favourite. Not anymore.

Really great cakes here but low star rating for being a bakery which does have good cakes yet they haven’t been making them for over a month due to not having “a cake decorator”. Very disappointed that this bakery isn’t able to as being someone not trained in cakes I can even do an okay job. I’m sure they could make people aware that it wouldn’t be great but I’m sure people would still buy cakes due to taste. Very disappointing no cakes. Will lose lots of business as I’ve attempted to order 2 in the past couple months!Another thing is great cake like I said but the 2 times I ordered first time was marbel and they did vanilla and the second they ended up not being able to do the design they offered and called the day prior to say it couldn’t be done anymore!

We have always been happy with the cinnamony gooiness of your delicious cinnamon buns but lately have been quite disappointed as they are quite dry and almost stale despite the best before date being a few days away. Have you changed the recipe?

This place has the best cinnamon buns. Get them warm-hearted are the best. All there stuffis good.

Great local place but hasn’t been open to much recently

The best cinnamon buns ever! Its worth the drive if you live in the city. They also have many other baked goods including banana cream pie which is another favourite of mine. Staff are friendly and I always enjoy coming here!

Absolutely amazing bakery. Got the imperial cookies, a blueberry pie and one of their famous cinnamon buns. The imperial cookie was delicious with the almond cookie and the fresh jam - iced to perfection. The blueberry pie was unreal - the crust was so delicious and the filling was a perfect homemade taste. The cinnamon bun was very good, sweet, and soft - really enjoyed the freshness. Everything tasted like it was made that same day. Highly recommend going here!

Change the hours on your window if you’re closing early. Old woman was rude to us too. Waved her hand like she was shoo-ing us away. Was going to give this bakery a chance but no thank you. Not with that attitude and misinformation.

Drove from Winnipeg Saturday to get cinnamon buns like we often do.The bakery looked empty. No cinnamon buns, just a few items.The girl working there said they didn’t bake anything today! Is it under newownership?? Very disappointed!!
