I have been a client of MedMobility for more then 10 years and throughout the entire time, I have had the best experience. Their customer service and the times that I have had to take my scooter in for repair, they have always done a most excellent job. Congratulations to all!

I have shopped here with both of my parents, purchasing first a power scooter and then a power chair. Both times we received superb service. Steve spent over an hour with us each time, ensuring that we purchased the right equipment for our needs.

Tom in Service has been so very helpful twice!! I was able to re-set my Dad's Power Chair once before but now due to the Pandemic I am not able to access my Dad's Building to re-set it as Building is in a two week lock-down. Thanks to Tom and sending pictures etc. we were able to get it sorted!Thank you from a Very Grateful Daughter!

I was on a search for a lift chair part and was having no luck. After contacting service manager Tom at the southside Edmonton location my luck turned for the better!! Although he knew he couldn't supply the part he put a search out to his contacts and came back with the exact make, model and part number for me to use! (As it had changed) What a guy!! Very professional and compassionate-Wowzers!! Tom you are a breath of fresh air!!! Thank you

I was at MedMobility yesterday with my brother, who is waiting for hip surgery and needed a scooter. I spoke a couple of times on the phone with Steve Sjoberg, about what I was looking for. He booked an appointment, we could not make it, my brother was in too much pain. Steve said not to worry, come in when we could, give him a heads up. When we arrived, Steve was wonderful and showed empathy and compassion for my brother, who has been dealing with chronic pain for over 2 years. It was so uplifting to have Steve deal with our situation, he showed us different options, did not rush us, in fact, we were there almost 2 hours. It is this kind of customer service that sometimes gets overlooked. MedMobility was awesome to us and I would highly recommend them for any home medical equipment. Thank you Steve Sjoberg !!

I was there today to get some work done in my sister's walker. Tom and his staff went above and beyond. Excellent customer service, very helpful, very polite. If you need anything serviced, please see Tom and his Team!! I have never experienced such service before. This is now my sister's favorite place for service.

Fantastic Service Department . Tom is very knowledgeable and understanding of the need's of seniors. Brought my grandmother's wheel chair in for repair just for tires but Tom went above and beyond. He refurbished almost the entire chair and replaced the tires with puncture proof tires. He understood the urgency of having a safe and maintenance free wheel chair and had the repair done in a day. I would highly recommend Med Mobilily based on the service department alone as safety in equipment for our loved ones is critical to their well being.

Old guy on pension, no money for a new mobility scooter, so I bought an old used one, somebody worked on it and messed it up, and even had the wrong batteries in it, so I called Tom at the Edmonton south office, and was surprised that they even took it on because of its age, Tom and his shop crew worked with my AISH worker to get me the batteries, wiring repairs and even tubes and tires I needed - they even did a pick up and drop. Friendly, Tom explained everything step by step, was prompt and a pleasure to work with, and the pick up and drop off man, ( Doug- hope I got it right), was polite and there when he said he would be. All around great experience and took the worries right off my should - I totally recommend them for all your mobility assistance needs and service or repairs, signed Bruce Johnson

We had above and beyond service from Alanna at Med Mobility. She came out to my Mothers residence, help us in determining the proper wheelchair, set it up and delivered it in a couple days. Fantastic!
