Toto was very professional and he explained all the work that had to be done. This included the parts that had to be replaced and the cost. Excellent work.

Proceed with caution:Charge you a minimum 1.5 hours regardless of the time the technician spends at the home, THEN they add a PER KM charge TO and FROM your home.Technician spent 20 minutes at my home, and I was charged the full 1.5 hours as required. In addition, I was charged for every KM to drive to my home and then drive back. When trying to explain to them that this is unreasonable - the technician has enough time to drive to the home, perform the service, and drive back within the minimum charge of 1.5 hours of technician time, was told that it's in the fine print of the quote that we signed, and nothing could be done.I would like to note that the technician was very friendly and did a good job. This rating is purely reflective of the billing practices at the head office.

We had a service call earlier in Etobicoke earlier this week after waiting for 2 weeks for an appointment. The service lasted 3 hours and we got a charge to our credit card for $872. Within 2 days the elevator is NOT working again and after calls, voice mails and emails, still no response. No one answers the phone but they are SO fast to charge for service that is obviously not great. Hopefully a review like this prompts the owner to at a minimum RETURN A CALL!!1 star is a stretch.

It's been years since we've had them at our house for service so decided to go ahead with their annual maintenance package. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Will be continuing with their maintenance every year and would recommend it to anyone else with an elevator. 5 stars!

I agree with all prior comments: terrible customer service. You can’t talk to a live person, they respond late and won’t even schedule a service call until you give them your credit card. Then, when they confirm a service call time window, they are late hours. 1 star is far too generous.

I just replaced my 18 year old elevator with a new elevator from Lakeview Elevator.(Needed elevator to go up one more floor)Had maybe 3-4 small problems, with the original one, they always showed up and did the repair.Exceptional company and service.They are based in Mississauga and not in Kitchener/Waterloo.

Great Service. Speedy and the tech fixed our problem and showed us how to fix the issue the next time is arises, Not like other companies that come and charge you to fix a problem. Thank you guys for the great service.
