My experience with Mitch at the U-Haul Neighbourhood Dealer in Ashton was phenomenal!He was empathetic to my challenge of finding a truck for my move and took time to search local dealers for me.When a truck was returned to his location hours later, he even called me back to offer it!He made a stressful time much less stressful and I'm so grateful for that.This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend Mitch and his U-Haul business in Ashton!

Dont use these guys. As soon as it was rented he stopped answering. I was charged insurance i did not ask for and they refused to even answer when i saw the charge
