Camp Robin Hood

My daughter has just finished her 2nd year at Camp Robin Hood, she loves going to camp and has the best time. She leaves in the morning with a smile and comes home with a smile, they have the best staff who are highly trained and qualified to take care of young children. I never have to worry that my daughter is well looked after. Robin Hood has great activities and has multiple fun events throughout the Summer, they really take pride in making sure that these kids have the best summer every summer. I highly recommend Robin Hood to all children, thanks for a great summer and we look forward to Summer 2019 Thanks

This day camp is managed exceptionally well. The customer service/communication with parents is outstanding. My daughter was taken care of very well by all the staff. She had a great time too. There are so many activities to keep them busy. It is well worth the money invested.

Wonderful Camp for kids of all ages! Our two kids have been going for more than 5 years and absolutely love it. The staff and owners are best in class. The communication they have with the parents is excellent and they always strive to improve the camp. Keep up the great work!

My son has attended Camp Robin Hood for two summers. It has been an extremely life-changing experience for him. He looks forward to camp all year because it is truly the epitome of FUN! His swimming has improved and he loves the bus because they sing songs and the bus counsellors are his “buddies”. My daughter will be attending this summer with my son and I have the utmost faith and trust that they will both have a great summer. You’re in the best hands and Camp Robinhood and you can trust me because I am a very particular and well researched parent and teacher. I wouldn’t send my kids anywhere I didn’t fully vet. There is no competition when it comes to the best day camp experience in the GTA.

Incredibly well-managed camp.From communication to sun-safety, everything in this camp is a well-oiled machine. What's more is that the activities are so varied and balanced that even after 8 weeks (and on year 2) my kids are excited to get to camp every morning. The swim program (2 swims a day) is excellent and my son essentially was a great swimmer in a summer. The camp is focused around outdoor activities and really brings them out of their comfort zone. I love that they are introduced to a number of different sports and skills, without being overwhelming.Their staff is stellar and they are literally a phone call away. No matter when and how I contacted camp RH, there was someone to respond immediately.They have an option of bus pick up as well, with a 'family code' system that prevents anyone else from collecting the kids but makes it easy for me to keep about my regular meeting/work schedule. If you're looking for a camp where you can leave your kiddos with peace of mind (and a lot of fun for them), camp RH is your camp.

My two boys LOVED LOVED LOVED!! this summer camp and they won't stop bugging me about attending it again this coming summer. The staffs are soo nice and friendly and know exactly how to do their job. My kids always come home telling me and my wife about how much fun they had. I highly recommend! Can't wait to hear more stories from them next summer.

Horrible customer service. I called to inquire about signing my daughter up for camp. I saw that online, they have the month of August available. Everything was going fine until I mentioned to the woman that my daughter has high-functioning asd and adhd. Her attitude suddenly changed 180 degrees, and right away she cut me off and forwarded me to someone else who didn’t answer the phone. I called back and explained that she doesn’t need one-on-one help and that she just needs to be redirected sometimes. She cut me off again and raised her voice, stating, “we’re full!” She went on to say that she has “one boy spot left.” I asked her to clarify as I didn’t realize they separate the boys from the girls (and quite frankly I’m not sure why they do) and she reiterated, this time yelling at me that she, “can’t put a girl in an all boy group!” She could have handled that with some courtesy, but instead she decided to yell. Extremely rude. I feel discriminated against because of the sudden change in attitude. This is 2023 and this is how she handled the situation?! Absolutely disgusting.

My son attended for the first time this summer, and had the most amazing experience! The staff were all attentive to his needs and were very accommodating. He can’t wait to return next summer!

It's a awsome place to go for summer and their land is pretty bigAlso Camp Robin hood use to own Kettleby valleyTheir canoe pond is as big as the one a Kettleby valley.They do not have overnight camp which was a complete disaster but I'm sure there's a reason for it.I love rock climbing so it's a 5 star rating.

Summer 2017 was my son's first Robin Hood experience and he LOVED it!We met Sari and Howie for a private tour as we missed the open house. If you meet them, it's hard not to love them. Even though we were supposed to check another camp a few weeks later, we cancelled the upcoming tour and signed up to Robin Hood immediately.My son is now in SK and already enrolled for this summer 2018. Sari and Howie really take pride in what they do. The staff they hire are great and everyone that comes in contact with the kids really loves being there. Our councillors Kylie and Rachel were loving and caring. The activities are great, 2 swims a day, canoeing, archery to and arts and crafts to name a few. The communication is top notch regarding busing, food, attire and special theme days. My only concern was the bus to and from each day and my son loved it, our bus driver Steve on bus 43 was amazing. We highly recommend camp Robin Hood.
