I have nothing but awes and praises towards Heather and this is photography/elope Nova Scotia. She came swooping in early with a camera already attached to her hip and stayed late making sure she covered all of her bases. She went above and beyond to capture our very special wedding day. I asked Heather to take some photos of our family, we wanted to include our dog as he was very ill and wouldn't be with us much longer. Heather was fantastic to work with. She captured the personalities of our two very young children and made the shoot fun for the whole family. Heather photographed my small winter wedding at Oak Island Inn a few weeks ago and let me tell you - not only are the pictures she took absolutely breathtaking, but she was just plain wonderful to have around on what could have been a very stressful occasion! 10/10 is not a high enough rating! She deserves every star!

We feel so lucky that we found Heather to do an engagement session and be a HUGE part of our pandemic wedding. In what seems like an ocean of HRM photographers to choose from, we would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. Picking someone to shoot such a special day was both extremely terrifying, and was personally my highest priority for wedding day. From the moment my husband and I had our first conversation with her, to final gallery delivery she made everything so easy. I always felt if I had a request or question she was right there to answer. Not only did she deliver the MOST STUNNING photos, she captured us and all of our guests and emotions perfectly. She made everyone so comfortable and was beyond accommodating to our every need and requests. A consistently circulating theme from EVERYONE who attended our event for weeks after, was how amazing she was to have around. There are not enough stars, or thank yous for this kind, upbeat, talented human. My only regret is spending so much time looking for “The One,”because we know without any doubt, Heather was the right photographer to have on our Wedding Day team.
