Arranged a last-minute booking for Christmas Eve for a ride from Pearson Airport to London. George was waiting and was as professional as one would expect. He dropped my better half off at home with our luggage and then took me directly to University Hospital Emergency. The 2-stop drop-off was greatly appreciated.

My husband and I worked with LESSXS (specifically Robert) on our wedding day and we were both very happy with his service. I, as the bride, had Robert drive myself and my four bridesmaids to our wedding venue, after my husband and his groomsmen. He helped us in and out of the car, volunteered to stop off at McDonalds when I jokingly made the request, and made sure that the groom wasn't within sight when we arrived at our venue. Where do I even begin?! The level of service and responsiveness we received from 'before' our trip started until the very last passenger was delivered safely back home ... PRICESLESS!Our family (5 adults and 2 children (4&6)) were travelling from DTW to IAH and needed reliable and cost-effective transportation. I, as a single passenger had used a different airport shuttle service but, knowing we were travelling with 2 children, post pandemic and that air travel had the potential for delays on the return leg of our travel, I KNEW we could not be pigeon-holed into a strict pick-up schedule and impersonal service... it just wasn't going to cut it!Enter London Executive - our forever carrier 'now'.From the first message I sent, Dee (the owner/operator) was responsive, polite and accommodating. Our departure shuttle from London to Detroit PLUS all the luggage AND gifts meant the back of our Suburban was 'packed' like a very skillfully played game of tetris, including a child carseat securely fastened in at 7am!!Our trip over the border was smooth and predicatble and we arrived at DTW with time to spare.Our return trip was a little less 'smooth'.... BUT Dee was a trooper and helped to calm nerves and lower the stress levels.Our departure from IAH was delayed THREE times and added +3 hours to our arrival time. Dee kept in contact and never once expressed an ounce of frustration or urgency - in fact, his only urgency was to get everyone back to London and into their beds after a loooooong travel day.Dee met us a the baggage carousel, walked with us to the vehichle, skillfully loaded our luggage and more gifts and then set off. Again.... no issues crossing the border, 2 stops for Timmies and separate drop-offs to individual homes.WHAT A GEM!!!If you are even 'slightly' surfing for car service to and from the airport, STOP LOOKING - not only was this money well spent but, the conversation and cleanliness of the vehichle was just an added bonus.Value for dollar.Personalize and professional service AND caring , safe and conscientious transportation.London Executive is our ONLY choice whether travelling for work or play!Call them... you'll be glad you did.
